The hotel is situated in the historical heart of Paris, Le Marais, a few steps from Place des Vosges, the Picasso Museum and Opéra Bastille.

Entirely renovated in 2004/2005 this charming property consists of 9 historical buildings from the 18th and 19th centuries around an impressive courtyard of 1.500 m² with private gardens and terraces.

Our new reception, lobby and restaurant have been realised by exclusive designers with refined decoration from Stark and Swarowski.

Entirely renovated in 2004/2005 this charming property consists of 9 buildings from the 18th and 19th century, including an authentic workshop from Gustave Eiffel, which is listed as historical building.

All 265 rooms and suites enjoy an unique view onto 1500 m² of private gardens and terraces.

Our new reception, lobby and restaurant have been created by exclusive designers with refined decorations from Stark and Swarovski.

There is also a winter garden restaurant with terraces, a bar, a fitness centre and private parking.

Food & beverage

Enjoy fine French cuisine in the restaurant La Bastide. Relax in the winter garden’s cosy atmosphere or on the terraces.

A full American buffet breakfast is served every morning in the salon Deauville from 07:00 to 10:00 during weekdays and from 07:00 to 11:00 during weekends.

Lunch is served from noon to 14:30 and dinner from 18:00 to 22:00.

The bar and terrace cafe are open all day until 23:00.

All air conditioned 265 rooms and suites are fully equipped with satellite TV, pay TV, WiFi, a telephone, a safe, mini bar, tea and coffee facilities, hairdryer and room service.

I asked for booking airport shuttle in the evening, I was told to wait to next morning: When I tried to book next morning I was told it ws to late. I was promised a tooth brush to my room , they did not deliver as promised

I was very disappointed with this hotel. The rooms need to be upgraded. The lobby and restaurant are not a true reflection of this hotel. The rate is far too high for the quality.

Sleep in middle of Paris, with open windows, and not hear any noise.
Excellent arrangement of rooms around inside garden.

Price is high, but it seems prices in Paris hotels in general have
increased massively these last months

Friendly STaFF and early checkiin

Yes room promised a garden view an we were basically without view 8 room
dark and relatively unattractive 8 not up to junior suite stqndqrd qt

location for my particular requirements

Noisy street facing room, shouting until 4.am. Very noisy collection of rubbish/hotel related containers at 5.am. No ice cube trays in fridge. fridge left open by staff and a.c. unit left on without access to outside air. would not want to be there in summer!. rather lumpy beds. Lift to our fifth floor room was broken down one evening and morning. Not a four star hotel in my book.

The reception are of the hotel was beautiful, but the rooms let them down.

The bedrooms were in need of decoration and were not very clean. They were also quite crammed, although the hotel very kindly updated to a suite. We also thought it was very expensive.

Location.

Staff were inattentive. As a single example, an elderly woman fell
unconscious directly in front of the reception and because I am
medically trained I responded immediately, stabilized her and ensured
her safe passage to her room. Potential geriatric polypharm induced
labile hyptotension/dehydration. Your staff did nothing. It was
borderline legally negligent let alone saddening.

Visiting all the sites, convenient location easy access to metro!

Yes, there was a fridge in room but no kettle to make a drink and not enough crockery or glasses only had two small wine glassess

It is in a good location and the staff were very accommadating.

The restaurant was closed for refurbishment which we were not made aware of until our arrival and our rooms overlooked the side road not the courtyard and we were woken in the early hours by delivery vans.

parking was easily available below the hotel... good working refrigerator and kitchen set-up.

we had hoped to have two rooms side by side... they were on different floors and at opposite ends of the hotel

Very nice courtyard with trees and planting great on a hot day.

Bathroom shower curtain a bit old. Hairdrier broken.Breakfast food tatsed a bit tainted especially orange juice from concentrate. breakfast at 20 euro a head not value for money.

the layout of the hotel

We had to upgrade our room it was very small and had a funny smell to it, we had to pay 30euros per night for a much nicer room, also we were not told that we would not beable to get a drink from the bar or food as they were under refurbishment. We would have taken another hotel as we wanted these facilites.
