ﾛｹｰｼｮﾝはﾏﾚ地区で駅も近く、スーパー、カフェなどもあり便利。4つ星だけあってフロントの対応もよ- く、ダイニング、中庭も雰囲気があったが、このﾎﾃﾙはここまで。。部屋は設備も含めて4つ星どころか2つ- 星レベル。何とかお湯が出ることくらいでした。 まずはドライヤー等部屋の備品が破損しているものが多かった。。 あとは朝の7：30～8：00から部屋の改装工事を始めて、うるさく文句を言ったがきちんとした対応がされ- なかった。。 |

レジデンスです。そこは明確にしておくべきでは？立地は便利であると思いますし、基本設備はしっかりしてい- ますので、部屋は快適ですね。ミニキッチンも付いていますし、バスタブも完備してます。 |

マレ地区の端の方と聞いていたが、メトロの最寄り駅がとても近く、中心地へのアクセスも乗り換えナシで出来- たので良かった。 部屋が寒く、ショファージュとは別に簡易のエアコン（？）が置かれていたが、壊れていたのか使えなかった。- 交換されているはずのリネンが汚れていた日があった。 |

メトロからも近く 便利だったのですが、 部屋が思っていたスイートとは違い残念でした。結局 お部屋を替えていただいたので問題はなかったですが、時間のロスがあり、もったいなかったです。 一日 お部屋のお掃除が入らなかった。 |

It has a nice lobby, 4 star rating (as the Hotel says it is), good front desk, pleasant staff. Good and clean and trendy bathrooms in the rooms. The actual standard room was not a 4 star room. It was more like a 3 star room, it looked cheap. You can't watch any TV without paying extra and the mini bar was tacky and basic. Generally not what you would expect from a 4 star rating. You are better off at the Hyatt or something. |

the hotel is located at a good area, the staff is nice warm and welcoming,breakfast is nice and a rich for reasonal price. the rooms are only to stay the night - a little small , furnitued too modest, clean,but you stay in the room- only to sleep! the hotel is not efficient enough when there is a problem - you are left with an unsolved taste. |

There was (in room 155) virtually no room for clothes, only 5 coathangers and no drawers for other stuff (zero, absolutely none! - amazing). The safe did not work. And there were these ridiculous cooking facilities - not something you expect in a 4 star hotel room. |

Lovely room recently refurbished. Staff very good and helpful and the location was good for notre dame and gare du nord. Room had cooking facilities which was a bonus. breakfast was expensive (but good) |

Very good staff. Very welcoming. The pictures on the websites are misleading, as the reception is beautiful and modern but the rooms are dated and wouldnt rate as an british 4* hotel room.However, the rooms were clean and adequate and the location is good.I would recommend this hotel to friends. |

I phoned on the morning on the day of arrivel and askd for a quietroom the answer was they do that,I askd wich room number no problem they would take care of it.At my arivel it was a room on the sreet side and they were ranovting the room next door after complaining it took 20 min.before there was a solution. |

Location was ok. We arrived late so 24 hour check in was helpful. The reception staff were not the nicest. One guy in particular was driving us out of the place. The cleaner came into room at 8am after knocking once without us giving permission. No electrical sockets. |

Location When we arrived there was no sign of our reservation - they gave us a room under construction - after a lot of discussion we got another room but this was NOT 4 stars worthly - rooms are small - NO value for money |

I liked its location in a central, buzzy location yet still only a 10/15 minute cab ride to the Gard du Nord, which ties in with whole Eurostar/2.5 hours to Paris thing. Clean, efficient, professional if a bit "corporate." |
