espaço de lazer, devido ao hotel ter condomínio fechado, facilidade nos transportes nomeadamente do metro, estar bem localizado dos pontos turísticos principais de Paris. saberem falar português. |

A melhor surpresa foi haver uma mini cozinha no quarto. Outra surpresa o pátio interno do hotel, com liberdade para sentar-se ao sol. O restante era bom mas já esperado por ser um quatro estrelas. A TV local é fraca, ou pelos programas ou pela lingua (alemão, árabe, japonês). O pacote de TV paga oferecido é caro (25 euros/dia). Pensar em alternativa mais barata para quem só quer ver um pouco de TV antes de dormir (talvez canal com música, talvez um dvd no quarto e filmes em várias linguas para alugar..) |

I asked for booking airport shuttle in the evening, I was told to wait to next morning: When I tried to book next morning I was told it ws to late. I was promised a tooth brush to my room , they did not deliver as promised |

I was very disappointed with this hotel. The rooms need to be upgraded. The lobby and restaurant are not a true reflection of this hotel. The rate is far too high for the quality. |

location for my particular requirements Noisy street facing room, shouting until 4.am. Very noisy collection of rubbish/hotel related containers at 5.am. No ice cube trays in fridge. fridge left open by staff and a.c. unit left on without access to outside air. would not want to be there in summer!. rather lumpy beds. Lift to our fifth floor room was broken down one evening and morning. Not a four star hotel in my book. |

The reception are of the hotel was beautiful, but the rooms let them down. The bedrooms were in need of decoration and were not very clean. They were also quite crammed, although the hotel very kindly updated to a suite. We also thought it was very expensive. |
