The reception looks great but the rooms are a disappointment;the carpets in the room and corridors very shabby with marks on them.Lift wasn't working properly.In general the service could have been a lot better and friendlier . |

The Resteraunt was excellent The toilet was not clean upon arrival, the was no ashtray in the room, and although I requested one I did not get it. |

There was a non receptiveness to the fact that we had reserved a suite with a double bed and 2 singles. They showed us a double and a single sofabed until eventually we ended up with adjoining rooms which is not good if you are travelling with children.
