Escalera angosta para subir maletas, especialmente si son pesadas.

Muy buen hotel. Amplio, confortable, limpio y excelente desayuno (destacamos el jugo de naranja natural y el cafe express). Personal atento.

Sugiero disponer de un plano bien explicativo para cuando es necesario por priema vez ubicar el estacionamiento.

Un aroma encantador y el personal muy atento, cordial y eso logra una estancia muy agradable. Habitaciones pequeñas pero lindas y acogedoras. Decoración romántica. Desayuno excelente.Ubicacion inmejorable. Como es hotel boutique lleva poco equipaje pues no hay elevador

Tired old furniture in an inconvenient room - although this was an up-grade called 'privilege' type room.Very poor quality breakfast.Very expensive drinks.Uninterested staff at reception /dining room

Great location, great food, breakfasts very generous with fresh squeezed OJ, Nespresso coffee, nice lounge area. Free wifi.

Room too small and nowhere to put bags, bathroom has nowhere to put soap/shampoo while in shower, also very deep and hard to climb in & out, noise is transmitted from street below when deliveries are made early in morning & garbage put out late at night. Wifi is not strong enough to use in room, but OK in lounge downstairs.

The most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and the decor beautiful. Great location!

From the outside the hotel looks impressive. The room was small but functional, wc separated from bathroom but no sink in wc. Room comfortable for over night stop.

Unfortunately the night we stayed students also staying at the hotel were celebrating an end of term graduation and the party went on until past 3am. We mentioned our dissapointment in the morning and lack of sleep to the reception staff who apologised and stated we were not alone in complaining but no gratuitis reduction or complimentary breakfast was offered, the least we thought but if they didnt offer we wouldnt have asked. Breakfast is layed out in the hotel lobby/check in /check out area and you then walk past reception desk to dining room bizzare setup.In our opinion there are a couple of other really nice hotels in Honfleur with in house restaurants that offer far better value for money. Exterior looks amazing, interior ok, but generally feel disapointed, there is a spa but did not look at it so cannot comment. We wouldn't stay again, says it all really.

Room was too small, an attic room with sloping ceilings. Tried to change, but no alternative rooms available. (Room looked and sounded OK on internet description.) Thought it was very expensive (392 Euros for 2 nights)

Attractive hotel environment with a friendly welcome and helpful staff. Geat central location for the harbour, shops and restaurants.

There is nothing that we did not like about this hotel.

The rooms were well designed and very comfortable. The hotel was situated in a fabulous area very close to the harbour etc The breakfast was good but over priced

We had booked a family suite but when we arrived at the hotel we were given a different cheaper room with no explanation and it was very cramped for two children. However, when we complained the next morning, a very helpful and kind lady compensated us with a free breakfast and parking. Our room overlooked the main square which was very pretty but a little noisy.

We thought that the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel is situated in the centre of the town and very near to the harbour/marina. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast was very good with a good selection. I left my iPhone behind in our room, this was found by the staff and the hotel emailed me and have been very helpful in returning it ASAP. Our trip to Honfleur was enhanced by our experiance of the hotel. We will return somteime and recommend the hotel to all Eric Harris

Excellent location right in the centre of Honfleur. Beautiful room with lovelly view of the square/ church. Standard of room - excellent.

A wonderful hotel in a prime location. We stayed in one of the suites which was so big it could have been an apartment. The hotel was full of charm, very authentic and we had a really enjoyable 3 nights stay.

On the down side the hotel did not have air conditioning so in the summer months it was baking hot. I would recommend when booking to reserve private car parking. It is only 5 mins away from the hotel and is gated and secure with cctv, well worth paying for.

I stayed an extra night ,they put us in a suite with 50 steps to an attic. spoiled our stay.

My husband and I stayed in a suite in this lovely hotel in the center of the most charming area of Honfleur. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautifully appointed guest rooms. Very peaceful and comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Rooms done lovely, most comfortable bedding etc. breakfast is delightful including fresh organge pressed by a machine

If you're looking for a quiet place to stay you may be disappointed by the noise in the morning when the local outdoor market opens. It takes place right in the square outside of the hotel. Personally, I loved the market and felt it added to the charm of Honfleur.

the double room was extremely small not too much extra room for anything else but the bed. Breakfast was overpriced.
