At the foot of the Esterel Massif, less than 500 metres from the beach and just 3 kilometres from the city centre of Saint-Raphaël is the Residence Les Mimosas.
The residence is situated between Cannes and Saint Tropez in a 3-hectare park planted with maritime pine trees, mimosas, oak trees and palm trees.
This authentic residence features studios, 2-room apartments and 3/4-room apartments. All of these spacious apartments feature a terrace and are fully-furnished and equipped with modern en suite facilities including a complete kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric hotplate).
Guests will enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, sports facilities, boulodrome, sauna and hammam. There is also an outdoor car park (with a limited number of spaces) and a laundrette (at an additional charge).
Les Mimosas also features a children’s club for children between 4 and 11 years age. Entertainment for teenagers from 12 to 15 years of age and adults is also available during the day.

Important information
In residence package: For stays of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday, bed and bathroom linen is available at an additional cost. Bed linen set includes sheets and pillowcase and bathroom linen set includes terrycloth towels and bath sheets.
Please note that a EUR 300 deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. We will ask for separate deposits of EUR 250 and EUR 50. This amount will be refunded at the time of check-out following a room inventory.
