Good location, nice old building, very friendly stuff, about 15 km to Saint Tropez by car or by boat Rooms are a little old but well kept and clean |

It is close to the port! The hotel is very low quality and dirty. I think it is not fit to the 3 star hotel. They promised airconditioning, but they don't have!!!!! We couldn't sleep becsue the hot. They don't have parking, but they mentioned. We could park a public parking place for the very high cost. I have to wait 40 minutes to start parking. |

The personnel was very friendly and helpful. They showed a great hospitality towards us. The room was clean but the furnitures were very old fashioned. However, size of the room & bathroom was large enough to cover our needs that we stayed comfortably. There was not any breakfast service. The location of the hotel is very good. Just in the centre of St Maxim. There was a "rent a bike" shop acroos the hotel where you can easily rent yoiur scooter and discover St Tropez for 35 minutes (20km) drive both at night and day. Otherwise you should bare the long long traffic on the cost , which may take at least 2 hours to reach St Tropez in high season. For this reason, with this reasonable price, location of the hotel was perfect to enjoy St Tropez Make an investment onto the rooms for a renovation |

Nice hotel, located very central. There is no free wifi internet in the common aereas on the hotel, eventhough the info on booking.com said so. |

old hotel- need some work to give it a fresher and modern look. The staff doesn't speak english, just one guy speak a bit of Italian and they are close to Italy!! |

la situation en centre ville à proximité des restaurants et des magasins deuxième étage sans ascenceur, carte du restaurant trop chère par rapport à la quantité dans l'assiette et ne parlons même pas de l'apéritif |

La proximité de la mer et du centre ville L'accueil froid, pas d'aide pour monter nos bagages au 2e étage, la chambre triste et peinture défraichie, salle de bains sans aération, wc gênant l'accès à la baignoire et au lavabo, pas de chauffage, porte d'accès coulissante avec un grincement qui réveil la chambre.Les serviettes de toilette non remplacées durant le séjour.Une odeur désagréable dans l'escalier et le couloir des chambres |

Tres mauvaise impression de cet hotel, draps uses et avec des taches, toiles araignes, moquette sale et taches, cheveux des clients precedents dans le bac de douche. J ai donne mon numero de cb pour confirmer ma reservation mais le jour de depart quand j ai voulu regler la note de la chambre le receptionniste m informe que c est deja preleve sur ma carte pas tres reglementaire et que j ai plus qu a regler la taxe de sejour 1,92 € j ai donne 2 € et j ai pas eu la monnaie. J ai des amis sur st maxime et je recommande certainement pas cet hotel c est vraiment de l arnaque pure et simple pour 15 € de plus vue sur la mer desole mais deux grands platanes cachent la vue enfin rien de vraiment sympa. Par ailleurs je signale le probleme de la cb au syndicat des hoteliers de la region. |

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, der Preis ist für die Lage in Ordnung Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr abgewohnt und sind nur mehr als unterdurchschnittlich einzuordnen. Das Personal ist bestenfalls durchschnittlich freundlich - man fühlt sich nicht sehr willkommen. Der Preis geht nur für die Lage und die Saison in Ordnung. |

Il personale parla Italiano ed è disponibile. L'Hotel è in centro in un ottima posizione per chi arriva con l'auto. Parcheggio pubblico davanti all'Hotel. Il bagno con pavimento e sanitari molto rovinati e molto sporco. Stanza molto spaziosa. Nel complesso pulizia carente. |

Dat er een airco op de kamer was en de locatie van het hotel is fantastisch. Het hotel doet ietwat versleten aan, maar verder is het prima, zeker gezien de locatie en de airco op de kamer. Erg belangrijk met zo'n klimaat! En het hotelpersoneel was zeer vriendelijk. |
