Very quiet, self contained apartment with nice leaisue facilities. It has been restored most beautifully. The apartment say's that it sleeps 4 people, however that means 2 people sharing a sofa bed.

It is a very nice hotel, a lot has been done to renovate this old castle. Very nice and service minded staff - english speaking. Very relaxing as this hotel is far away from everything. Kitchen is well equiped with everything. Nice and clean pool area. This hotel is too far away from any good resturants. If staying here buy your grocery and prepare your own meal in the kitchen.

Beautifully converted mediaeval manor house with 12thC castle-tower, in hamlet surrounded by open countryside. Well-appointed bedroom with fully-equipped kitchen area. Heated indoor pool, sauna, and bicycles provided. Good base for exploring countryside or just relaxing. Excellent restaurant 10km away.

We loved our stay here. The owners and staff were wonderful, helpful and committed to us having a special weekend. The location is beautiful, and the design and ambience at Les Relais Heritage is everything we wanted and more. It was very romantic, and comfortable also. We had dinner brought to us in our rooms both nights and it was delicious and very convenient. We cooked our own breakfast ( grab some food before you head out to droizy); and used the coffee machine provided which was great also. It is probably a good idea to take some of your own wine / champagne as that will raise your expenses a little if you order off their menu. But the quality of the drinks provided is high; so it just depends on what suits you best. It's good to have the option though. This place is so special, and the hosts were wonderful and you could tell if there was anything at all needed they would endeavour to provide it. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

This is a hidden gem, in a remote village location to get away from it all. Excellent hosts that could not do more for you. In room facilities where fantastic with all mod cons. Indoor heated pool was perfect temperature, indoor hot tub was almost too hot! This is self catering accommodation at its finest with all the toys and mod cons to make sure you have a relaxing stay. If you don't want to cook there is a breakfast, dinner and wine menu, although this can get quite pricey. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and will certainly return. Just bring a bottle.

Relais Heritage de Droizy has style +++! It is a fantastically renovated property, superbly furnished and with delightful hosts. Just 1 hours' drive from Paris, and 20 minutes from the main motorway network, it sits in a tiny hamlet in the countryside. It is basically self-catering, but with an order-in option for breakfast and dinner. The pool building takes your breath way and dates back to the 14th century, and the tower is part gothic/part Roman, complete with gargoyles. Just superb. Loved it and will be going again in the spring. Patricia and Louis are quite rightly very proud of their creation. Breakfast at 13Euro a head mounts up a little! Well equipped kitchen means you need to remember to take ample supplies of food - which I forgot! However Nespresso machine and ample supplies of cartridges means coffee is never far away.

The property is set in an idyllic French village and has been lovingly restored by the owner Louis over many years. Louis is a superb host. We had a warm welcome and he cooked us a lovely evening meal which he served to us in our fabulous room/appartment. The rooms are very well kitted out for self catering, or you can have breakfast and/or dinner brought to your room. There is no restaurant on site but that is no problem at all. There is a good sized heated indoor pool housed in a xvi century old barn and spa and sauna. Everything is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The gardens are beautiful and the views from our lovely old stone balcony stunning.

Beautifully restored keep, designed and maintained to a very high standard. The owners and staff are very friendly and really wanted our stay to be special and trouble free. We used it as a stop off on our car journey through Europe, but would definitely consider it for a weekend break for my wife and I. All good

It is a very well and nicely renovated old building. For healthy country relaxation the location is excellent. Lovely country side. Driving to the restaurant there were red deer, pheasants and rabbits crossing the road. A lot of horses in the fields around. I stayed there for stopover night in junior suite on my way driving to Austria. They even organized the feather pillows I requested while booking. The spa facilities and the massage were good. The only problem was that there was no restaurant in the hotel nor were there any good restaurants nearby. The nearest supposed to be gourmet restaurant takes 30 min to drive and each way cost about e70.-. If Les Relais Heritage De Droizy had a small restaurant even with a short menu, I would make sure to stop over next time I cross Europe. But the kitchenette in the room is well equipped. So if one was staying for longer than overnight one could bring one’s own preferred food items and cook it or have a nice picnic in the nice garden looking down to the beautiful views. I would recommend that one has a companion to stay at this hotel. The building, its facilities and the coutryside.

This is a fantastic property, which is very child friendly, has a great pool and yet remains very much a luxury hotel. The breakfast is good, plentiful and tasty, but a bit too pricey when it all adds up.

Everything was very good but I dont think that the €215 per night is a fair price. The service was excellent and the room was excellent as well but there was no wifi or enough facilities to keep you in the hotel area. Like I said everything was close to excellent but the price is too high for the total package ... The price and the lack of facilities in the area.

It is a very relaxing venue- you can drift around in your dressing gown. The breakfasts and dinners are delivered to your terrace/room so it is very decadent. The owner and staff go out of their way to please their guests , nothing is too much trouble .beautiful location . We drove around the region so to have relaxation in the evenings was perfect. Massage also available!

The owners have done a wonderful job with the restoration of this ancient old building, a credit to Louis, who saw the potential and lived to see the dream come true. Patricia gave us a warm welcome and went out of her way to show us around. Beautiful appointments and a warm welcome makes such a difference to foreign tourists. The breakfast Patricia prepared was delicious with home cooked treats. The area is amazing and beautiful and just an easy 1 hour drive to Charles de Gaulle Airport - forget Paris and getting through the traffic. We adored this place, wanted to stay longer and would go back again in the wink of an eye. The beds were automatic which was nice but again they were very hard. I guess this is the way the Europeans like them, we found the same thing in just about every hotel and b and b we stayed in, all over the uk and Ireland as well as Droizy.

It is just lovely. The whole site is imaculate and nothing was too much trouble. The pool is in a converted barn, there is even a complementary coffee maker. Unless you're looking for somewhere with a restaurant on site I can think of no reson not to stay there.
