Les Résidences Du Val Claret  

The Location was good. There's a shop outside the door. Four lifts converge across from the apartments. The Kitchen area was actually ok maybe even good by French standards. This is where the good news ends!

This is a derelict site. The entire building is dirty. The bedrooms were appalling. I don't even want to think about the mattresses. It could be years before I stop having nightmares about what lives there. There were no sheets when we arrived. Bed bugs were the least of my worries. This was a trip with guys so we aren't that fussy but seriously the mattresses! We did think about sleeping in the hall for a while! No one knew where the place was. After an hour of walking into random buildings I found my name on an envelope. This was after going into a hotel and asking did they know the place. The hotel was actually next door to the place. Its not called Residence Du Val Claret! Some of the Elevators work some don't. The Ski lockers didn't lock so we had to bring the skis upstairs - a good few people were doing the same thing. I could go on. The final thing - this cost just under €1,300! So to sum it up RIP OFF!

Muy mal servicio aunque lo intentaban, solo algunos, de hacerlo con una sonrisa. No hay servicios basico de todo hotel!!!!

No hay internet. En el bar son unos bordes. Las camas son muy incomodas. Hace frio en las habitaciones. Es un plan low cost, es como el Ryan Air de los hoteles. Es barato pero apenas necesites algo ( sabanas, toallas, almohada...) hay que pagar y mucho!!!

Overpriced, way to small for 4 people, even for 2. elevator didn t work, doors and carpet and hallway broken,endless cue at check in,had to pay extra for bedsheets towels, tv,...
