Nice clean room, great location
Next to bar Robinson and Dixie.
Wifi but hit
The hotel was clean, smelt clean and the room was cleaned every day. The food was delicious !!!!!! It was good value for money especially for a family and me (retired and a grandmother!) Most of all the staff were very friendly.
There was noise until early hours but I cannot complain because people were enjoying the world cup.....nothing can be done about that , I'd rather have happy people around than miserable ones !
great reception from John and his staff Great evening meal Good location in town great for a short break
We were not informed that there was an external code to enter the hotel and were left without a way to enter. Luckely a neighbour could help. The next night we got the code and I tested the code. But later when trying to use it, it had been changed again. (This night the bar was still open) The staff on the front really let a nice hotel down. Never even got wished a pleasant day, we didn't complain - no apologies was offered.
Excellent location - friendly staff. Basic but modern clean rooms. Good value.
Lovely clean room in the centre of Morzine, convenient for restaurants and shops. Views were fantastic.
Location central Food very good Staff very helpful
Its convenient and the staff are nice. Good if you are on a lads weekend.
Food was average, because the chef had broken his leg. The ski locker was not very secure, it was always unlocked. Breakfast and meal times are very strict.
Helpful staff. Meals very good, but some starters too large for our appetite.
Noise from bar outside and neighbouring bars. Shower drain too slow. Too many stairs,no lift. Lack of toaster for breakfast.
hotel staff and location
tiny rooms and beds
We arrived at 1pm and staff was very good and got our room ready earlier than the time given which would of been 4 pm, this meant we got out that afternoon for some skiing. Food was amazing every night and I can be quite fussy and lovely atmosphere in the bar with different events. Staff very helpful in getting us a transfer back to airport and recommended a company who were very good.
hotel room was small but didn't bother us too much as we were not in there very long.
Good location near the ski bus, and a short walk into centre of town. Newly renovated. Friendly staff. Delicious pastry for breakfast.
Rooms on top floor way too small - you can't move around in them! Nowhere to store suitcases but on the floor. So even less space to move! Especially when you are trying to put tons of ski clothing on. Would be fine for backpackers but I dont see how this can be a backpacker hotel as Its way too expensive for backpackers. At the rate they charge over new year there should be proper ski boot warmers/ driers in the ski locker, new toiletries in the bathrooms every day and a full english breakfast included and available from 6am when the continental breakfast starts!
Evening meal was excellent Friendly english speaking staff Good beds Short walk to centre of town Easy access to the slopes Relaxed atmosphere
Breakfast was basic continental Drying facilities for wet clothes were limited
Very friendly accommodating staff - god food- great atmosphere- lovely quality accomodation
New and modern Close to bus stop for ski lift Great food
Not allowed to take ski bag in room. Ski room is outside hotel so no direct access from inside hotel. Not right for a ski hotel. Might stop rebookings. Needs blind on sky light so u get a good night sleep
Good location, good value
Bed uncomfortable, shower not really functioning, toiletries
They all speak good English.
The guy at the reception insisted to have my credit card details even if l was paying the full rent in cash , advance! I do not want to give my Platinum card no. Like it is something l don't care and l said to this guy, but he say if you don't give the nos. You can't stay here! I couldn't believe this guy! I took a private jet from Marseille to Geneva and a taxi to this hotel, and when l arrived he says I can't stay ! Is this what is called hospitality business? I will never go to this hotel and won't let my friends go either, even if I have to pay another hotel for them. Bloody mean people. They say in their site there is facility for pick up and drop with a commuter company and when I called from the Geneva airport, they say it is only for a selected time in winter. So why do they keep it in their site - during the summer season ? cheats!
