Les Rhodos    

Lovely, welcoming and friendly.

Wasn't the warmest hotel I've ever stayed in, we wore jumpers for dinner.

We've throughly enjoyed our long weekend stay with Les Rhodos. Staff were very helpful and friendly, also excellent service throughout our stay. Breakfast and dinner was excellent food. The room we stayed in was just the right size for our couple and had an amazing view of Mont Blanc from the room, loved everything about the hotel, it wasn't far from the town centre and not only Cordon slopes were 20 metres away from the hotel We drove to Le Jaillet Megeve and Mont d'Arbois, this only took 20 to 30 minutes from the hotel. We're definitely booking again for our next year's ski trip but for a whole week. Thanks Les Rhodos for making our stay memorable and enjoyable!

food/dinner was very good. kids loved the bunk beds. great location. Right on the Cordon ski slopes. ski in and out. Free internet. Great staff!

No elevator...family rooms on the 3rd floor. Limited internet strength in some rooms.

The quality of the food was excellent

Beauiful location, stunning views of Mont Blanc and surrounding mountains. Car necessary - 4 x 4 best. Rustic charm. Relaxed atmosphere. Rooms had excellent modern bathrooms. Would definitely stay there again.

The location is great, the staff are wonderful. Food is excellent, we shall return without doubt.

We had a lovely suite overlooking Mont Blanc, the view is amazing. The owners are very friendly and helped us with ski equipment and made us feel very welcome. The food in the hotel is fantastic, cooked by the owner himself.

The only negative point is the location. We were B&B and the village is a long walk down and a very long walk back! Although the hotel's restaurant is great, when you have teenagers who would like pizza after skiing there are no restaurants in walking distance.

We had a great time, the food was good , the staff were attentive but defiantly not over the top. We will return and heartily recommend. Great skiing in Combloux, and night skiing in Cordon. The boot room was a good size and not too warm.Wifi was free and a good connection. The room was comfortable, with an extra heater, which we did not need. All in all a great time was had by all.

Fabulous place, owners incredible people .room spacious and very clean.view of mt Blanc incredible.this hotel is in the mountains but just fabulous. Breakfast fantastic,dinner was the best I had in Europe.this is a hidden gem near chamonix. Stay here if you need a room in this area

The hotel is not the easiest to get to but has an amazing view, the rooms are a bit dated. Things are kept clean and the staff is very helpful. We used the hotel for 2 nights as a recovery/stopover during a longer trip and enjoyed it a lot.

I really like this hotel, it is beautiful and with unique design. Everything there is wood-looked. Location is very good, can see Mount Blanc from hotel, and many other summits in Alps. I like balcony, beautiful view sight. Cordon is good for climbing, and mountainous sports. Staff are really nice, generally to say, people there in Alps valley are quite friendly and kind, much much better than other places, they did change my bad impression on French before. Stronly recommend to go.

Cordon is a village on the mountain. It is better to go with a car. For backpacker, nearest train station is in sallanches, and on Wednesday and Saturday, there is a bus going to cordon from sallanches train station. Any other days, I assume only taxi can go, a little bit far away, and all are mountainous roads.

Situation idéale face au mont blanc , nourriture excellente , ainsi que l'accueil des propriétaires.

Hotel agréable, chambres bien rénovées avec une décoration contemporaine, salles de restaurant et salons conviviaux, petits déjeuners et repas copieux et de bonne qualité. Le personnel et le patron sont très sympathiques. Tout pour passer un bon week end de détente à la montagnee,tre amis

Accueil attentionné, personnel affable, ambiance familiale et chaleureuse, parfait avec des enfants, chambres confortables, petits déjeuner copieux et de qualité, repas du soir plus que correct, parking gratuit, accès des pistes pieds au ski possible après une petite montée de 50 mètres, bref l'endroit parfait pour une semaine de ski en famille. L'hôtel est à 3 minutes en voiture du centre de Cordon, 15 minutes de Salanches, 5 minutes de la station de ski (école esf).

La suite mansardée est confortable mais présente deux inconvénients majeurs : d'une part quand il pleut au petit matin, c'est vraiment très pénible. D'autre part, les velux, même s'ils sont grands ne permettent pas de profiter de la vue qui est exceptionnelle.

Magnifique séjour ds ce chalet. Le personnel est très agréable et le propriétaire fort avenant. Le cadre est calme et reposant, idéal pour des enfants en bas âge, et même plus grands. Nous avons très bien mangé, et le téléski est juste au pied de l'hotel... Je le recommande vivement et y retournerai volontiers.

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel.Chambre rénovée trés joliment décorée,accueil trés sympa.Une trés bonne table également.Idéal pour les familles.A Découvrir avec beaucoup de plaisir. Nous y retournerons.
