Cancellation

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

All children under 2 years are charged EUR 16.00 per night and person for cots.

Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Deposit

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Residence “Les Ségalières” offers cottages and little houses spread in the heart of a wonderful oak grove, in front of an animal park, and close to an aquatic thematic park as well as famous gardens. This residence, entirely enclosed, ideal for vacation in nature, offers swimming pool, fitness center and sauna.

Room information

Apartment “Alzou” 4 persons (roughly 34 to 38 m² - 360 to 410 squared feet) with roofed terrace of approx. 6 m², living room / kitchenette with 2 persons sleeping area, 1 bedroom for 2 persons, 1 shower with toilets.

Apartment “Padirac” 6 persons (roughly 35 m² - 380 squared feet) with roofed terrace of approx. 10 m², living room / lounge with 2 persons sleeping area, 1 bedroom with a large bed (160 cm / 63 inches) and 1 bedroom with 2 beds (80 cm / 32 inches), 1 shower and separated toilets.

We do not accept extra person.

Area information

The region offers a large number of activities including tennis, archery, fishing, bathing, water-sports, excursions, bicycle touring, golf and horse riding.

There are various festivals throughout the season including the jazz festival, cabaret and theatre evenings, a classical music festival, medieval feasts and outings by barge.

Opening Hours:
Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 18:00.
Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00.
Sunday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 18:00

Please note that a deposit of EUR 200 + EUR 50 for the cleaning is requested at the hotel. End of stay can be done by the guest or by the hotel at an additional charge.

For stays of 2 to 6 nights, bed linen is included in the rate of the room (except in July and August).
