Les Ségalières is located in the heart of the Lot countryside, 60 kilometres south of Brive-la-Gaillarde. It has an outdoor swimming pool, sauna and a fitness centre. Perefect place to stay for outward bound activites as you don't have to carry your kit etc. up any stairs etc. There was little water pressure all week; therefore showering etc. wasn't good at all. The problem was reported to the staff and was advised that there was a problem on the whole site and maintenance staff was called. The rpoblem was reported on the Monday and wasn't rectified by the time we left on the Saturday.

la proximité de la ville de Gramat ou nous avions une manifestation ! le non respect des horaires indiqués sur le site net, le logement correct mais sans plus, un coup de frais ne ferais pas de mal ! Prélévement immédiat du réglement sans attendre un éventuel désitement !!

le chalet est bien gros probleme de tarif 7 jours reservé sur le site grand bleu 250 euro prix sur cataloque normal 6 jours sur booking 450 euro excroquerie ???

Proche de beaucoup d'endroits touristique. En face d'un parc animalier, à 15 minutes de Rocamadour, du gouffre de Padirac et de plusieurs châteaux fort. Dont celui de Castelneau. Le sauna dans le camp. Les logements très complets. Micro ondes, frigo, cuisinière, tv... Les horaires d'ouvertures de la réception. Nous sommes parti fin juin, ce n'est pas la pleine saison, mais il n'y avait pas énormément de personnel pour s'occuper du bar ou de la réception.

Son calme, sa verdure, l'éloignement de la ville Le fait de payer à nouveau l'écart de tva qu'ils annoncent à 5 % alors que je l'ai payé à 7 %. Les espaces verts non entretenus (trop tôt dans la saison). Le sauna et l'espace remise en forme fermé (trop tôt dans la saison). Mais pour un court séjour peu importe ....

Résidence très bien située, dans un lieu calme et ombragé, juste à coté d'un parc animalier. Très bon accueil. Logement équipé de la climatisation et d'un grand frigo. Le commerce le plus proche est à environ 2 km. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation.

Le calme. La tranquillité de ne pas voir les véhicules se déplacer dans les allèes. Le manque de luminosité dans les chalets, même avec la lumière allumée. Il suffirait de raccourcir le fil d'alimentation de la lampe éclairant la pièce principale pour avoir une meilleure clarté.

la sympathie du personnel la situation géographique le calme. J'ai choisie cet hotel car il avait la piscine. Quand nous somme arrivés nous avons eu la deception total qu'elle soit fermer pour cause de nettoyage. Je trouve sa honteux surtout quand se n'est preciser sur aucune page de l'hotel. Le prix du coup devient carrément exhorbitant sans cette prestation qui était la raison de mon choix. Sa n'est pas début juin et en plein weekend de rassemblement de voiture ancienne qu'il faut s'amuser a nettoyer une piscine d'hotel surtout par 35°C..... Vraiment déçue

- Dat je zelf kunt koken in je huisje - dat er een sauna was waar we zelfs met de kinderen in mochten - dat we op de dag van vertrek langer mochten blijven - de prijs was erg goed - Op de tijden dat de receptie open zou moeten zijn, was er niemand (bij aankomst) - hierdoor kregen we niet alle informatie. (de sleutel hing wel voor ons klaar) - onduidelijkheid of er nu wel of geen lakens en handdoeken voor ons waren (soms moet je die huren) - sauna stond niet aan, en het duurde lang (3 kwartier) voordat hij aan ging - we kregen geen afwasborstel bij het huisje en moesten erom vragen.

Lors de notre arrivée nous avons été décus par la chambre qui ne correspondait pas du tout a la photo que l'on voyait sur le site. Il s'agissait d'un batiment en dur, au lieu d'un chalet bois. Je pense que vous auriez pu nous le preciser lors de notre reservation,
