The good and professional service of the staff...the whole environment of the chateau .. free to walk around to breath in the clean air in the morning...will visit again....
Food, location, overall ambience, staff, all good!!!
Hotel very good
Restaurant is mediocre. Every day same menu. Quality mediocre. Wine of the estate horrible expensive : red wine at € 250 per bottle. White wine at € 170 per bottle. Please avoid restaurant.
Good food and wine and an excellent spa to help you recover. Smart yet friendly.
um ............. well ................ give me time, I might think of something ................ or not!
The grounds and buildings, food very good but expensive. bar was great, excellent wine especially their no. 2 brand.
despite being a guest and booking 6 months earlier we were told the winery visit was full. Breakfast is just a buffet, not much on offer and WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!
Most staff were extremely sweet and friendly. It was nice but not as good as expected especially as we were recommended.
Only two restaurants... Menus onlycagabge each month so absolutely no variety in choice when having to eat lunch/dinner in one of the two restaurants. Disappointing especially as foodies and ideally chose the hotel as a retreat without wanting to venture elswehere. There was no professional welcome and we were told we could take our bags to our room when we were ready. Not expected at all. Overall the experience was good but things happened that should have and could have been avoided.
Great food and restaurants. Lovely location and we were at their Chateau Le Thil . Attentive staff.
It is a beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. The restaurant is outstanding and the service excellent.
To close the wellness on a Sunday afternoon was a little bit "strange" to us. Sundays cannot really be recommended.
Perfect vacation! Thank you to personnel for everything!
The staff was incredible, very accomodating. The setting is beautiful; the spa is great; very relaxing
My first room wasn't like the photo or room I saw online for JrSuite. Screaming baby in restaurant last night. Family brought yipping dog into restaurant two nights.
I like the hotel is around the forest .very quiet and good smell.and the room is very comfortable .the staff is very nice ,
The breakfast expect more hot menu mostly is cold .
Everything! service was 5 star.
It was flawless.
The location and spa were fabulous.
great place to chill and walk or bike around vineyard 1 michelin star rest - must if you stay here breakfast is VERY good worth 25 euro Generally, is a perfect romantic place to chill
brasserie - not worth the money and food is also poor guests have to pay for a spa entrance(inside pool and sauna)
1. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. We were offered a very late check-out after the staffs knew we had no place to go before departing for Paris. 2. Both two restaurants in the hotel are great. 3. Free wifi. 4. Tea and coffee making facilities in room. 5.Very comfortable room and love the scents of the candles in wash room. 6. Able to visit its own vineyard.
Nothing special. But note: 1. No shower curtain in the shower space or for bath tube. Hence, water easily splashed out. 2. If you don't have a car, you have to rely on taxi to the hotel from the Bordeaux Rail Station (around 40 Euro). No free shuttle bus to connect. 3. NO free breakfast in my package.
