lovely position, not actually lakeside but good position above the lake. Good ambience and well equipped but some signs of wear and tear which need repairs.

I really enjoyed the room. It was a pleasure to sleep in a king size bed with a complete bed cover as a single after coming from 3 weeks in Switzerland where a single is some pokey single bed which even kids in Australia stop sleeping in when they probably reach 17 years old. And the bath room had a shower which had various squirting things and also a thing on a hose that you could use your imagination with for all sorts of sensual joy (pity I was by myself). Also, being a cat and dog lover it was beautiful to see the owner's 3 little puppys and 2 fat cats strolling around.

As I didn't have a car and was traveling by train the property was probably a little too far from town (my guess 3 or 4 km) which I walked 2 or 3 times a day including at night for dinner. The lake port, which is closer had restaurants but they were fairly uninspiring. Also, the property was more like a bed and breakfast where you were in a house rather than a hotel and I felt a little less private. Another thing is the check in 18.00 to 21.00 is too late if you have little control over traveling time, ie the French Railway system.

We stayed 3 nights here in November, which is not the most crowded place during this period of time. We needed some rest and we got it for sure. We couldn't have been more pleased and surprised by this guest room, and we were giving the "Mont Blanc" room with a balcony and a terrific view on the Lake. The room very stylish and spotlessly clean (even the wide windows were completely clean), Italian shower was also very nice. Breakfast was more than average for such kind of guest room, and discussing with the owner was enjoyable. Would recommend it during spring and summer time as swimming pool looks fantastic.

The modern decor of the Studio which we booked was lovely.Host was very friendly.

After reading the description of the hotel and the reviews we decided to book the Studio believing that it had views of the lake, access by elevator,Internet access and opened out onto the pool and terrace area..However that was not the case, in fact it was in the basement of the main building and accessible only by a number of steps leading down from the pool and terrace area...There was no view of anything .Internet service was only available in the main building.Parking was terrible.Pets roam the property and cat fur was evident on the outdoor sofas and chairs.We originally booked 4 nights and increased it to 5 before we arrived believing the property to be something special however we were very disappointed.6 P.M.check-in is also ridiculous.

The hotel is elegant and clean facing the lake, the staff is very friendly and trying to help and answer every question, breakfast can be taken to the open air. The location is about 5 minutes drive from centre of the nice town of Aix-les-Bains. The motorway is about 7 minutes drive from the hotel.

Warm welcome, friendly and relaxing atmosphere. The owners have managed to give the traveller the feeling of coming home. Very well situated, nice swimming pool, a place to come back to.

Perfect. Excellent value for money, luxurious. Four rooms share a fantastic new pool! Great views of mountains and lake. Great staff.

We loved this hotel, it was lovely relaxing in a beautiful location in lovely surroundings. The hotel was friendly,clean, and had a beautiful pool at a perfect temperature.would recommend it to anyone.

There was nothing we didn't like, parking is a bit hairy on a steep slope but it makes it more interesting !!!!

Nothing... everything was wonderful

It was great to be able to have dinner prepared for you and not to have to leave Suites du Lac. The pool was even nicer than portrayed in the pictures. Everything is very high end. We had a fantastic stay.

The hotel has a great service and faces an incredibale view of lake Bourget. The owner is very gracious and very helpful. The hotel is beautifly decorated and very clean as well, a real pleasure to stay in it.

La vue sur le lac, la chambre très bien agencée, très propre, design ...et le petit dej copieux et bon!!! Et aussi la facilité pour garer la voiture( parking gratuit)

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil, l'amabilité, le confort, la propreté, le design, la décoration. Nous n'avons pas pu accéder à la piscine vu les conditions climatiques, mais c'est super bien entretenu.

-décoration design -petit déjeuner top -vue sur le lac magnifique -personnel sympa -aménagements extérieurs soignés -petite attraction avec des poules d'ornement

-petit bémol avec le bruit du train, mais c'est très supportable.

L'accueil, l'ambiance, le cadre, beaucoup de goût dans la décoration, le p'tit dej avec du jazz soft c'est très cool

manque un petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre, les trains et les grenouilles!!!(joke!), heureusement les chambres sont bien insonorisées

j ai apprécié le design du lieu magnifique. agencement fait avec beaucoup de gout. l acceuil etait egalement tres sympatique et le petit dejeuner aussi beau que delicieux.
