Cancellation
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 25.00 per stay in a baby cot.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is refundable.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
End of stay cleaning and TV are not included in the room rate. Guests must either choose the end of stay cleaning service (on request and at an additional cost) or clean the apartment before leaving.
Reservations can be made only from Saturday to Saturday.
A EUR 300 deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out following a room inventory.
City tax is payable at the residence.

Prachtig gelegen domein aan de atlantische oceaan.einde sept 2009 was het er heel rustig.met zwembad en ligztels en gemakkelijk te voet bereikbaar bij fouras. 25K van la rochelle.een ideale rustvakantie met een prachtig zicht op de baai van fouras.het appartement was voldoende groot voor 2 personen met kichinette.in de zomeris het wellicht drukker en heel wat duurder..het voorjaar en najaar zijn dan ook ideale perioden voor mensen die de rust opzoeken.wij waren er 3 nachten en dan op doorreis naar bordeaux/st emilion. |

Nous sommes une "grande famille" et il n'est pas évident de trouver une chambre d'hôtel pour 5 personnes. Les chambres sont, en fait de vrai petits appartements et c'est vraiment très pratique. |

A propos de la réservation:Nous pensions réserver une chambre et en vérité c'était un studio pour 6 personnes dans une résidence de vacances (très bien ) mais pour nous éviter (ménage ,etc etc ) nous avions choisi une chambre un conseil :préciser le type de logement merci |

La proximité et la vue sur mer; la situation près des commerces ainsi que l'accueil Des couverts mal lavés, une cafetière pas vidée et des "traces suspectes" sur un canapé montrent un manque de rigueur au niveau des contrôles. Un "coup de peinture" serait a envisager sur les balcons et rembardes |

La plage à 200 mètres: mais il y a des travaux donc accès difficile jusqu'à 2010, et aucun infrastructure (douche, etc) sur la plage. Pas de l'au dans la mer sauf quelquels heures dans la matinée. La résidence est difficile à repérer; il a fallu attendre 3 heures à l'extérieur car l'acceuil est fermé le midi. Une fois il est ouvert, nous sommes obligés de faire la queue pendant 1 heure, une chose que ma fille de 1 an et demie n'a pas du tout apprécié. La plage à ci Cerise sur le gâteau, il y a des parasites dans la chambre! |
