the view was good as were the room sizes they use carpet throughout, even in the kitchen area. This was sticky and dirty (as was the bathroom) and totally spoilt our stay. |

The apt was great for 3 people. This is the perfect location for someone wanting to enjoy the Evian Masters, just a 5 minute walk to admission booth. No Wi-Fi access in the apartment. |

The accomodation was perfect for us as a family of four with the living room and two bedrooms giving us enough room. To have a balcony with a lake view was great. |

Simple, but very comfortable appartment, kitchen is an advantage. There is no everyday cleaning service, but if you stay for a short period it's not a problem. It's outside town center, so you will need car to get there, but it has a great location for those playing golf at Royal Evian, it's next to the hole 18 and just 10 min walk to golf house. Great value for money. Breakfast is cheap (additional 8 euro per person) but very poor, in fact we prefered not to have it. |

value for money is quite high, you will need a car to go around and there is still parking slots although the hotel was quite fully booked breakfast - we came around 9pm on a friday morning, most of the other guests have finished their breakfast, there was almost nothing left, not even bread until we asked... wouldn't think the 8euro per person breakfast is really of value except if you are an early bird type |

The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. Ours had a lake view. Ideal if you like golf as there is an exellent course next to the hotel. The grounds were kept clean. Good size pool. |

Good size apartment, fully equiped kitchen to make own meals. Large complex but not too busy or noisy. Twenty minute walk to town, steep walk back, reasonable fitness needed. Not serviced daily, but price reflects. |

Helpful staff. Large parking. Poor breakfast. It was hard to find the hotel even with GPS, the lack of guide sign. Comfortless rooms (but I guess it's OK for the price). There was not enough hot water for 2 people in the heater. No shops nearby. |

Ours was a one bedroom apartment on the lower floor. From our terrace you could see a little of Lac Leman (Lake Geneva). Opposite were Acacia Trees which gave off a wonderful scent first thing in the morning and evening. The room sizes were generous for two people and the kitchenette was fully equipped, including a cork screw! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Building work was going on immediately behind the hotel on some flats. This created quite a lot of dust and noise. That said, the work looked near completion so this minor irritation should only be temporary. |

we were looking for inexpensive 1 night no frills stay and that's what we got. decent kitchenette. we didn't mind but the hotel is not exactly on the waterfront, so don't go for the view. not easy to find even with GPS. no reception in the evening but staff left us a note as we had announced late arrival. |

The great views fom our apartment. We only had 1 toilet between 8 of us although there were 2 bathrooms. Also there was no toaster. It was also difficult to find and without sat nav I think we would have been driving around for hours trying to find it. |

Value for money, good location with nice view of the lake, pity it was raining! Only one small signpost off the main road so not easy to find after that turn - I was panicking as I knew reception closed at 7pm and it was 6:55pm when I was still trying to find it! However they do leave instructions for guests who arrive after this time |

very friendly and when we asked for something we got it right away. the location is beautiful and only a shot walk from the train station. the breakfast was great and worth the extra money it costs. Our hot water heater did not provide enough hot water for 3 people to take even a quick shower but the reception gave us a key to another room to take showers in. The was a very loud alarm sound that would go off at all times of the day and night somewhere outside the hotel. |
