Les Terrasses Poulard  

The walls are peeling in the bathroom and the hotel needs updating. Big bed for small room and almost impossible to get around the bed.

I feel like living in a middle age house with big stone walls. The view of my room (may not be other rooms of lower floors) is magnificent. It is just the second floor and it already overlooks the sand split but still so close to the small path via the window and I said a lot of hellos to other tourists passerby.

I have seen comments of the lady at the reception with long face. It seems that she is aware of this and improved a bit - not very long. However, the attitude of the staff serving the breakfast is awful. Do not book the breakfast !!!!!!! Just bring your own bread and juice. My breakfast served is no more that this.......

Very beautifull place.

Beautiful setting atop mt. St. Michel. We had the top room with views of the sea and causeway. Comfortable rooms. Very nice bath. Just be ready for alot of steps to your room!

El personal es muy amable, asi mismo la habitacion, a pesar de ser chica comparada con otros hoteles, es confortable y hay el espacio necesario. La cama estaba deliciosa, y la vista a la bahia es hermosa.

Solo el hecho de que el desayuno esta caro, pero en general toda la ciudad al ser turistica es cara, por lo que se debe preveer eso.

市内なので、夜のモンサンミッシェルを見るのに便利でした。ホテルから出て、すぐにモンサンミッシェルの出- 口に行って、夜景の写真が撮れました。

ホテルのレセプションがホテル住所と異なり、レストランの場所になっていました。ホテルはレセプションで受- 付後、外の別棟に行くという方式でした。従って、ホテル情報（マップ）に、レセプションの位置を追加して、- 住所も変更してほしい。モンサンミッシェルの入り口からレストランまで登った後に、坂を下ってレセプション- （モンサンミッシェルの入り口近く）に行き、その後ホテルの部屋まで階段を延々と登るのは体力が無いと無理- です。

Situation dans le Mont Saint Michel

Hôtel très cher qui profite de sa situation exceptionnelle dans le Mont Saint Michel pour proposer des chambres petites avec un niveau de confort réduit et un service minima. Le prix est digne d'un 4 ****, la réalité est plus proche d' 1 * dernière remarque Le petit déjeuner est proposé à 22€ alors que les restaurants voisins le propose à 9€. donc à éviter

уютный отель, некая потертость придают ему определенный шарм.тихо и спокойно ночью.

при такой высокой цене за ночь можно было бы и чайник в номере поставить, тем более, что завтрак предлагался в ресторане другого отеля.

L'hotel è molto bello e permette di osservare le maree diretamente dalla finestra. Da considerare il fatto che la sera avrete tutto Le Mont Saint Michel solo per voi.

Прекрасный вид из окошка ванной комнаты на залив.Можно было наблюдать прилив.Из боковых окон было видно аббатство. Без проблемм можно было оставить багаж на рецепшен до поселения и даже после выселения на следующий день

Слишком позднее поселение в отель-в 16.30 .Мне дали все же не тот номер,который был на фото при бронировании.

Sicuramente la posizione, ma Le Mont St Michele è di per se bellissimo! la colazione eccellente

La domanda, essendo superiore all'offerta, chiaramente riduce l'attenzione e la cura dei particolari, gli asciugamni vecchi, il sapone e gli oggetti da bagno di qualità molto scadenti, la camera fredda.

Las galletas que dejan en la habitación,,,

Casi nadie habla ingles o lo entienden muy poco y menos español, a nadie le importa las necesidades del cliente, todo el personal esta de mal genio todo el tiempo y el trato es pésimo, el desayuno es muy caro y malo y el personal del comedor es grosero e irrespetuoso. El edificio tiene 5 pisos o mas, no hay ascensor y nadie ayuda con las maletas, no tienen bellboy y ni les importa. No hay cajita de seguridad en las habitaciones. No hay internet en las habitaciones, no hay recepción de noche y en la línea de atención contestan de mal humor y no ayudan a solucionar las inquietudes, como por ejemplo como hacer llamadas internacionales, etc; hasta te cuelgan el teléfono, no tienen paciencia con el cliente. No tiene "value for money", en general los franceses son mal educados y groseros.
