Best Western Hotel Les Théâtres  

The location was perfect for us. Compared to other hotels in the area our room was large and comfortable. We were very pleased it was a quiet place to stay away from the busy roads. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Will be going back on our next business trip.

We could only find one fault. The drainage in the shower did smell strongly at times. It would certainly not stop me going back though. Great value for money

Location is good. Staff are kind and helpful. No problem. Price is not high, considering Paris is a very expensive city in terms of accomodation.

This is obviously a 3 star hotel - not 4. The rooms are small. Nothing luxury. I would be much more satisfied if I had set my expectations as a 3 star hotel. But I was a bit disappointed while I was expecting a 4 star hotel. No bathrobe, no slippers, no fridge. Very small bathroom.

there was a problem with internet. the manager didn't manage to solve it. but he tried his best and i appreciate it.

In a good location for my work, this hotel is very clean & comfortable.

I'm short - 5' 2" & the ceiling in my room was so low (I was on the top floor) that I hit my knuckles off the ceiling when I was getting undressed! I've stayed here before - usually in one of their superior rooms which are really lovely. I'll do that again next time.

The bed was a super comfy queen size bed, it was lovely to get such a good night sleep when out of our own bed. The room was quiet even though it was right opposite the elevator. The hotel was well situated, just 15 mins. stroll from Gare Du Nord, and the in the morning, a 15 mins. stroll to the centre of Le Marais. Happy bunnies :)

The room was small, big enough I guess but we are generally used to more space. But the comfortable bed, helpful staff, excellent location and price, easily made up for this.

Staff attitude (bad on a good day), door lock was faulty and when asked to let us in did begrudgingly, said lock would be repaired but it wasn't, average breakfast buffet, staff don't do what they say they will and don't pass messages to one another. Stay elsewhere.

Standard Room was to compact when there is two people with baggage. We upgraded to a Superior Room which was much more space

I thought the Hotel was very clean and well updated. The girl at the front desk was very sweet. I forgot her name.

I got lost the first night and I went into another Best Western to help me find my way back. The front desk guy was very rude and then he handed me the phone and called Best Western Les Theatres and the guy on the phone was rude as well. I was traveling by myself and its the holidays and I was extremely tired. I would counsel the staff on the importance of helping out customers from other countries. Best Western is an American Brand and should treat Americans with the utmost respect and follow their customs-which are to be friendly and warm.

The hotel was clean, and quite nice in general. Pretty close to a metro station and supermarket which was handy if you are on a tight budget.

Most mornings there was a random banging from upstairs which the staff dismissed.

The lack of fresh air/ventilation in the room

Totally hopeless. My room was filled with an awful smell of sewage coming from the toilet and the silly "stylish" idea of not putting a door between the room and the restroom did not help. When I called the night service they told me that there was nothing they could do. They even said that in the end it was not their problem. It was definitely mine! I had to sleep with the window partly open and it was December! After I left the hotel I wrote two emails to their customer service and I never got an answer!! The worst lodging experience I had for a very long time with the most useless staff I ever encountered. They do not deserve to survive on the market!

My room was huge, by comparrison with other European hotels I've booked. It was Quiet. The Bed was Cumfy and it appeared to have been remodeled recently with a Warm Roomy Standard Room!

It was Expensive!!! 4 nights cost me $664.00 us or 514 Euro... Usually Best Westerns cost Less! Not in Paris in the Off Season!

It was excellently located, very close to the metro and it was easy to get to all the major tourist spots. A nice area with lots of cafes, bars, and with a grocery, patisserie and supermarket nearby.

The rooms were nice but pretty plain with not much character. The main problem for us was that even though we double checked in the morning that the room would be ready at 2pm and check in was any time after that, on arrival at 4.30pm, very tired and need of a siesta, our room was still in the middle of being cleaned.

The staff were extremely helpful, curteous &polite.

The safe did not work & one day there was a problem with bath towels, however the desk staff arranged for additional hand towels to be prodided as an alternative.

The hotel is modern, clean and functional. Offers high speed internet, lift, is located close to the metro station and yet on a quiet side street.

My room was very small, cramped and dark, facing a rather dingy and depressing courtyard. Still, rather than a big TV, I would have preferred a bigger window! Shower and sink are basically in the room itself, only the toilet boasts a separate door. In the morning, the cleaning staff tend to ignore the "do not disturb" signs.

The quality of the breakfast was poor in that whilst a good choice on one day the next day a change of staff had no idea. The quality of everything apart from the fresh fruit salad and the bread was below what I would expect for 14 euros. We checked bigger hotels where the price for breakfast was 10-12 euros and in cafes 7-10 with a much improved quality. So I advise don't take the breakfast unless it improves dramatically

We appreciated that you had proper cups and kettle in the room plus other small things like tissues etc which a lot of hotels are taking away to save costs..The room was modern and comfortable. We would stay again.

Did not have refrigerator in the room, no way to save fresh milk or fruits. The house keeping always foreget to give me facial tissues, free drinking water, need to go down to service Never change the in-room slipper Poor pillows Will not recomend to my friends.
