I was unsure of booking this hotel due to a previous negative comment on the reviews but I found these comments did not reflect my experience at all. The hotel was a good standard and quality and the owner was very friendly and welcoming. He was good company and helped make our stay enjoyable |

Lovely old building right in the centre of town; nice pool. Staff not very accommodating; overpriced for what you're getting; very small bed; have seen property is up for sale which may explain lack of interest/motivation of staff. |

A good location with adjacent parking and a swimming pool in a pretty part of South West France. The hotel is tired; it needs money spending on it for maintenance. Our bathroom was magnificent but neither of the two facilties in the shower worked. One bedside light didn't work. A menu was provided when we arrived but without presentation style and poor translation. |

Elegant hotel in pleasant central location with delightful pool and parking. Unfortunately we did not feel we were made very welcome by the owner/manager and his partner. Service in the restaurant was very slow and we did not feel welcome once again. |

It was located right in the centre of Condom so easy access to restaurants, shops etc Pictures did not fully represent the condition of the room we were allocated. the room was very tired and was in need of a complete revamp,no personal touches very very basic and not worth the money we payed for it. |

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil très sympathique et chaleureux, le confort et la délicatesse des lieux. De plus, le repas a été particulièrement bon et plaisant dans la cour intérieur de cette ancienne demeure. Nous avons donc passé un très bon séjour. |
