location of building and access to the town. look of the old building. customer service staff were excellent. access to a secure car park. steep sloping roof. dark rooms. high cost for little additional comforts. piece of toilet missing. no fixed shower in bathroom (besides bath). outdated look of the rooms. |

Nice View Staff were offhand, room was extremely small, bed was uncomfortable and though they were able to provide two separate beds for myself and my sister they did not. Heaters did not work, and internet only worked if I put the laptop out the window. |

Hotel set in a historic house, in the old city of Autun. Very good gastronomic restaurant. I was in a standard room, located in the second floor. They are quite small. There was a strong smell in the bedroom coming from the sink. |

Manager was helpful when radiator in our room wasn't working. Breakfast was good. Evening receptionist didn't want to understand that ,even though her computer said heating was on, we are intelligent enough to know whether or not there is heat! |

Nice view and comfortable room Very limited range of choice on restaurant menu, although the food was good, drinks were overpriced and they could not supply a Cafe creme. |

The position in the ancient and picturesque town. The total peace and quiet of the rooms. The restaurant was excellent. The bathroom did not have a shower that you could use standing up! |

De bereidwilligheid om de 2 kamers voor 4 personen om te boeken naar 1 kamer voor 3 personen. We kregen wel een kamer in de nok van het hotel, waar het heel warm was. Het ontbijt was goed met veel streekproducten. Prachtige ligging van het hotel (klooster) zelf. Goeie bedden. Geweldig uitzicht over de omgeving. Mooie binnentuin! Het hotel is erg oudbollig en wij hadden een kamer in de nok van het hotel en daar was het bloedheet. Geen airco. Naar deze etage kon je niet met de lift, dus 2 trappen klimmen! Erg oudbollige inrichting, jammer, zou veel beter kunnen gezien de enorme sfeer die het hotel uitstraalt. De binnentuin was niet verlicht, we wilden nog wat drinken buiten, maar we zaten in het donker! Zonde van de prachtige sfeer! |

De tuin van het hotel is prachtig aangelegd. Hotel heeft garage onder het hotel, dat is prettig, want in de straat bij het hotel is parkeren bijna onmogelijk. Het verblijf was aangenaam, alleen hadden wij zeker niet de mooiste kamer. |

Cadre magnifique(jardin, paysages) Cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses trois étoiles:décoration vieillote ,sanitaire abîmé,garage payant,odeur désagréable se répandant dans tout l'hôtel.Rien n'est à la hauteur du cadre proposé.ça manquait de peps, de fraîcheur et d'originalité |

Auch die Standard-Zimmer sind sehr gross und auch schön eingerichtet. Einziger Nachteil: Die Standard-Zimmer befinden sich alle im 2. Stock unter dem Dach und sich die Badewanne unglücklicherweise gerade in der Dachschräge befindet und es somit relativ mühsam ist, stehend eine Dusche in der Badewanne zu nehem. |

Uns hat das Hotel gut gefallen wegen seiner zentralen, aber sehr ruhigen Lage im alten Teil der Stadt, weil die Räume des ehemaligen Klosters Gemütlichkeit ausstrahlen und weil das Hotel über eine abgeschlossene Garage verfügt. |

Superficie de la salle de bain Superficie de la chambre attribuée alors que c'était le seul critère demandé : d'autres chambres de même catégorie et d'une surface double étaient disponibles; prix du parking 7 e la nuit et très difficilement accessible : propriétaires de 4x4 à éviter; racket sur l'accès à internet : boitier internet 8 e les 24 H..........sur ce soi-disant standing cela devrait être offert............. |

le site bien qu'il ait été complètement massacré par les exploitants; l'accueil du personnel la superficie de la chambre standard : bien que j'aie affiché comme seul critère la superficie de la chambre, on m'a attribué une chambre minuscule alors que d'autres chambres de même catégorie bien plus spacieuses étaient disponibles - l'accessibilité parking très difficile-le racket sur le prix parking 7e et le boitier internet 8 e alors que dans un 3*** il pourrait au moins être offert; les... |
