The unit we received was very spacious and had a small kitchen and dining area. The area were the hotel is located is very beautifull. We parked our car just outside the hotel and only had to walk a few steps to it. This is convinient when there is so much snow on the ground. once in the room we realized there were no towels, no soap or shampoo, and no toilet paper. We went to ask the front desk for these things and they were promptly given to us. |

la piscine, le hammam, le sauna, l'espace des appartements, l'équipement des appartements le jacuzzi était fermé, le lit 2 personnes était en fait 2 lits 1 personne placés côte à côte, manque d'informations sur les activités alentour, carrelage salle de bain très ancien, nombre trop limité de chaise longue pour la piscine |

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Daar was een zwembad aanwezig met jacuzzi, hammam en sauna, zeer kalm met heel weinig volk. Het systeem voor de deur van de kamer is niet goed want je kunt ze niet toedoen zonder ze te slagen en dus veel lawaai vanaf 7 uur ! Spijtig. |

Centraal gelegen voor bezoeken aan de mooiste steden en bergen van de Vogezen. Afgesloten parking. Rustige ligging. Goede keuken. Ruime kamer. Laatste dag was de lift defect en te weinig WC papier. |

El restaurante estaba bien y los salones y zonas de estar eran muy amplios. Por lo demás se trata del clásico hotel de esquiadores que dejan bastantes rastros de su paso. El conjunto (sobre todo las habitaciones) estaba algo descuidado |

De keuken was verfijnd. Heerlijk die echte franse keuken. Ga 3 tot 5 keer per jaar skiën maar laat Frankrijk liggen omwille van het niet-franse eten wat je op de meeste plaatsen krijgt. Dit was eindelijk terug het franse eten. Deze vakantie was een fietsvakantie. Wij ga zeker terug. |

L'isolation entre les appartement est vraiment a revoir,le grand lit composé de 2 matelas simples (et vieux) est inacceptable.De plus nous ne disposions ni de couette,ni de serviettes ni meme de tapis de bain (en supplémant sur le tarif).L'appartement est donné pour 3 etoiles mais la plupart des chambres 2 etoiles sont bien plus confortable.Reste la piscine... |

Les appartements dans la résidence permettent de profiter du confort de l'hotel (piscine, sauna, jacousi)pour un prix raisonnable (96 euros les 2 nuits). Les appart permettent d'être autonome pour manger car il y a une petite cuisine et supermarché à côté.L'hôtel est en centre ville et à quelques km des pistes. Beau cadre, parc agrèable, vue sur la montagne. L'annonce sur booking annonce que les petits dej sont compris et ce n'est pas le cas!(10 Euros le petit dej )Nous avons eu très chaud dans les chambres. |
