If you choose to stay in the flats, pack your own bedings as the ones provided by the hotel aren't very comfortable

A modern hotel, the design is very 80's, but everything is very clean, rooms are quite spacy, good bed, the bathrooms were clearly renovated not too long ago, with good mirrors/lights and a great shower with multiple heads. The restaurant is expensive but very good and the service is excellent. The staff were overall friendly and helpful to us, although I can't testify on their attitude if you don't speak french. We've had breakfast there only once (we found 12 euro's a bit expensive, and there's a supermarket almost next door so you can have breakfast in the mountains) and the buffet was ok for French standards, but there wasn't that much choice. By car you're in the middle of the Vosges nature réserve in 15 minutes, the hiking there is great.

If you're staying multiple nights, you might find having breakfast and dinner in their restaurant every day quite expensive. The only serious downer for us was their "wellness area", the swimming pool was ok but crowded, the lockers didn't have locks, the showers didn't work properly. Their so-called "sauna" is directly next to the swimming pool so you're supposed to use it in a bathing suit which is not only uncomfortable but very unhygienic. Even worse, people went inside in their wet bathing suits without a towel. After the sauna or the hammam there's no cold shower to cool off. The whirlpool was nice but full of small children even though it was supposed to be for adults only. On checkout we were billed for four days breakfast even though we only had it once and clearly stated this on our arrival. Luckily we noticed the mistake and the extra breakfast costs were extracted without a fuss. Overall this is a good hotel which I can recommend if you're looking for something close to the mountains but with some urban comfort.

J'ai séjourné avec mon épouse et ma fille et pour la chambre adulte nous nous sommes retrouvés dans des lits simples. Pour ce tarif j'aurais souhaité obtenir un lit double je trouve ceci mesquin.

nous avons apprécié le calme, la piscine, le spa,... très beau séjour, ont y reviendra très bientôt, c'est certain

Het onderhoud van de kamer was niet goed. Ouderwetse WC, een douche die niet opgehangen kon worden. Ouderwetse inrichting. In het restaurant spreekt men geen Engels en ook de kaart had geen Engelse vertaling. Het restaurant van het hotel had een luxe uitstraling. Het niveau van de kamers blijft achte bij het niveau van het restaurant.

Het personeel van de receptie was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Het personeel tijdens de diner in het gastronomisch restaurant was niet vriendelijk,zelfs een beetje naar de arrogante kant.

Pas tellement plus cher que les autres hôtels de la région, pour une grande chambre propre et moderne, un grande salle de bain avec baignore, et accés à la piscine + sauna.

Piscine, sauna, jacuzzi, hammam. Excellent après une journée de ski !

Sauna befand sich direkt am Pool und war kein abgetrennter Bereich!
