Les Villas du SPA

The appartment was very comfy with a ggod layout. The photos do not do it justice - we really felt at home and did not want to leave, we enjoyed it very much.

A steep climb down to Val Andre or to rception in the hotel BUT itmeant the views to the beach and cost were terrific

I liked it due to it is clean, friendly staff, big living space, very comfortable bed, big balcona, nice see view. In spite of rather cold whether the apartment was warm and comfortable.

The villa is set in a amazing location with good elevation for a sea view. The reception were very friendly and welcoming. We had to call up to inform we would be late since the checkin would close at 20:00. The staff assured us we would not be left in lurch. We just were lucky to pick this place right out from map expecting it to be good and we were not disappointed. Great place to unwind and relax.

The villas are at some distance from reception where keys are collected. It would have saved us some time had it been clear. The apts mentioned as sea view have lateral sea view which I didn't expect. There are few apts which directly overlook the sea but the website doesn't make this distinction clear.

Modern, clean, spacious appartment; lovely views, handy for the beach and local shops/restaurants; very good value out of season.

A good location in a pleasant resort. Well equipped and comfortable. Booking was easy and reception were welcoming. The apartment building is modern and well appointed. Sound insulation appeared good. Wonderful view over the beach and sea. Good balcony.

Cigarette smoke from residents on adjacent balconies. A map of the town on our arrival would have been helpful.

Lovely clean rooms. Good equipment for self-catering. Loved Pleneuf - lovely seaside spot, ideal for travelling to nearby villages too. helpful staff in main hotel complex.

Bunk-beds - poorly situated in room layout, and wouldn't be suitable for older children / adults but yet sold as 4-bed apartments. Not much else, we loved it! The walk to the beach / village was uphill and quite steep though so some may find it a problem.

It is very well situated. Rooms are very good equiped. I stayed here with my daughter and husband 10 days in the room with two bedrooms.

Our room was cleaned !!!one time during 10 days. I was very ofended. Towels and bed linen were changed one time also. I don't understand anything. Why was it so. I see that I stayed in the appartment and made everything myself, but the changing of towels must be.

It were all new appartments. Very clean. Bed linnen and towels were included in the accomodation.

Appartments for 4 persons are not addapted for 4 adults. Ideal for couple with 2 children. Also the location of the appartments is on a hill and therefor not ideal for older people or people with disabilities.

Very Clean with everything you need in a self service apartment. The hotel staff (reception) were also very good. Good view from the balcony if you get a sea view apartment

Sterile atmosphere - gardens looking very tired - we weren't told that we had to exit the apartment at 10am on our departure day. We travel all over the world and have never been asked to exit a hotel/apartment at 10am ever before. At 10am on the dot the phone rang and we were told we needed to leave. We explained that we were still eating breakfast and would leave as soon as we could. When you arrive and check in you are made to pay up front again unusual. The place you check in is the actual hotel side of the accomodation. They have a spa / gym area. When we asked about using the Gym we were told as Villa customers we couldn't use any of the facilities. My partner then asked about a facial or massage. We were told that we had to spend a minimum of Euro 80 to be able to enter. We have never experienced anything like this and because of the negatives wouldn't use this hotel before.

The very steep hill we had to walk up from the town. When we asked for an ironing board and iron we were told we had to collect them from the hotel and were expected to carry it up the steep hill to our room

We were most impressed with not only the room, and the very high quality of the hotel and the spa, but the location is magnificent, a traditional French beach town with gorgeous sand and surrounding country side, less than an hour from St Malo. We cannot wait to come back!

The location is very nice, calm and can work as base to visit different cities around.

nous avons beaucoup apprécié la qualité de l' accueil et la qualité du logement design, la propreté impeccable, l' environnement arboré, le silence, la vue, la proximité de la mer, des restaurants et petits commerces.

Bruit de fond soutenu lié aux climatiseur de l'hôtel situé en contre bas.

la gentillesse du personnel tant à l'arrivée qu'au départ, la propreté ,le calme, la situation,le confort , le parking proche des habitations ainsi que le wifi...tout en fait véritablement un superbe endroit , nous y reviendrons....

rien...mais une petite documentation sur l'endroit ainsi que les modes d'emploi des appareils serait vraiment un plus

Manque de chaleur du personnel. Hotel difficile d'accés et assez cher pour une vue sur le parking.

Peut être un manque d'informations dans les appartements sur les activités autour du site, marchés, etc...

la situation est exceptionnelle, surtout la vue sur la mer. Professionnalisme du personnel. Confort de l'appartement rien ne manque.

Pour un 4* plusieurs chose ne vont pas : l'insonorisation n'existe pas, le bruit des voisins vous donne l'impression qu'ils sont chez vous. les chaises en métal devraient avoir des patins. Cette établissement ne mérite que 3*. Je n'y retournerai pas car le prix est excessif.
