The view from the room are amaizing and the staff is very friendly and helpfull. The rooms service food was on of the best I ever had Their Internet connection is very poor, not good if you want |

Right on seafront with uninterrupted views. Having balcony was very good. Staff booked us into excellent restaurant nearby. Booked Officer Cabin which, on your website, clearly showed as having a balcony but when we arrived, our room did not have a balcony. On our insistence, we were changed to a room with balcony. Hand-held shower only - very difficult and inconvenient. Hairdryer did not work properly. Would be helpful to have hotel services folder with English translation as well. |

Bel établissement, la vue sur la mer est un vrai grand plaisir. Le restaurant est à éviter : service, qualité des plats, ... . Dommage, vu la situation idéale. |

Vue sur la mer, toujours aussi agréable le matin ! La chambre était plus petite que d'habitude (hotel complet ?!). Salle de bains exigüe pour deux. |

je pensais avoir réservé à l' hotel " les voiles " et je me suis retrouvé à l' hotel des Phares ,n'étant pas motorisé j' ai du porter mes lourds bagages . |

Séjour parfait, Hotel Trés agréable !!! Pour trouver l'Hotel avec le GPS indiquer "Saint-Adresse" et non "Le Havre" pour l'adresse :) |

De Captains cabin met terras aan zee (wel om vragen bij de reservering) is echt top! Elke dag een flesje water op de kamer, badjassen etc...dus gewoon vijf sterren! En de overdekte privegarage (met afstandsbediening) voor 7 euro per dag werkelijk grandioos. Het restaurant is om onduidelijke redenen gesloten, wel is de brasserie open, maar dan kan je ook prima op de boulevard terecht. |
