Excellent location, with an easy walk to the water and many interesting spots in Bastia. No lift and late check-out was not allowed, although I had requested it when I made the reservation. Breakfast overpriced at 10 Euros. |

Nice hotel, beautiful interior, very clean and comfortable room. Very central location, easy access to train station and ferry port. There is no lift, which should absolutely be mentioned on booking.com -site. There is an iron staircase which is not easy with heavy luggage. Someone with health issues and problems with legs would be really in trouble. |

The friendly and helpful front desk staff It is difficult to understand how this hotel achieved a 3 star rating. No lift, so necessary for us to hump our heavy baggage up a steep iron staircase of 30+ steps (the only access to the bedrooms). Quiet rear room overlooked a scruffy lightwell and carpark with windows staring into our room. The worst bathroom in memory, incredibly narrow with only 36cms between the front of the handbasin and a cold tiled wall. It was necessary to move to the toilet end of this 'corridor' to permit a companion to get to the smallest shower we remember as only access is through the handbasin/wall 36cm gap. Hotel closes 2300hrs, no restaurant . At least the aircon did work. |

I liked the room, it was small but very nice and elegant. Also, the front desk was very helpful all the time. The hotel parking was a useful thing. The price for breakfast was too high. |

The staff were always pleasant and helpful. The hotel is well situated for the train station, ferry port, bus to and from Bastia Airport and other facilities. The air conditioning could be controlled by the hotel guest and worked well. My room was quiet. There was no lift which may be a problem for some people. |

Very nice and helpfull staff,Sylvie was particularly helpfull and always very pleasant. The front desk staff spoke english and a bit of spanish and were very tolerant of my poor french.I only had their buffet breakfast once and it was quite good. If you are a heavy eater it is worth the 10 € otherwise you can get a lighter breakfast for less just down the street from the hotel. Great location for sightseeing, easy access from the ferry docks. Quiet and safe nieghborhood.Spiral staircase is charming but not great for lugging suitcases. |

I liked the room, the location and the lobby. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room's air conditioning system was broken. It was mentioned to the staff but they were unable to do anything about it. It was very hot and the window opened out onto a noisy, busy road, consequently we did not have a very good night's sleep. |

The hotel was comfortable and clean. It is quite well located close to Bastia port. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Bastia old town. |

Position of hotel was excellent, close to port and railway. Newly decorated room was stylish and attractive and clean. Room was very small and an armchair and two chairs were crammed in, making the room quite impractical. There was a fridge which was unusable as there was no access to a powerpoint! We had to ask for the remote for the airconditioning, the staff came and set the temperature but did not leave us the remote to adjust. We had to go and ask again to have the remote left with us. |

The staff were excellent, welcoming and friendly, and the room was spotless. The location in Bastia was just right, quiet enough to rest but close enough to get to restaurants, shops etc. |

The Best Western Bastia Centre is ideally located only 10 minutes from the harbour and the town centre, the shops and events of the typically Mediterranean Old Port. |
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, we invite you to share moments of calm within the warm environment of a 19th century building. |
Located in Lucciana, 10 km south from Bastia, the 3-star Hotel Restaurant NN 'Castellu Rossu' is next to the road to the airport (Poretta), 6 km away from the sea and 18 km from Saint-Florent. |
