It is close to the Town of Auxerres, an easy taxi ride into the centre. Staff were helpful and the hotel had a lovely welcoming atmosphere. A little in need of a bit tlc, but a good hotel |

Air conditioning did not work. Food/Kitchen was awful, like prepared by an english chef, service at the table was poor (and not language related, as I speak French). Our worst meal in France. |

accueil et personnel du petit déj très souriant lavabo bouché ! cela ne devrait pas se produire dans un hôtel. Le ménage laisse à désirer, par exemple beaucoup de poussière sur les surfaces dans la salle à manger, nappes douteuses pour le petit déj |

nous avions précisé lors de la réservation, qu'il y avait une personne handicapée en fauteuil, et réclamé une chambre adaptée, or, rien n'était prévu ! ni accès au restaurant pour le petit déjeuner (hormis dehors sous la pluie !) une rampe dans le hall d'entrée pentue comme pas possible ! et ne parlons pas de la chambre et de la salle de bain ..... de plus lorsque nous l'avons fait remarqué au personnel, celui ci nous a répondu que personne à mobilité réduite, et personne handicapée, cela n'était pas pareil !!!! (alors que sur booking, lors de la réservation, le "logo chaise roulante" est bien affiché !!! |

Helmaal niets, helaas. Om tot de mininmaal 15 woorden te komen: een van ons tweeën moest de avond zien door te komen op een krukje... Over niets. De geroemde keuken was dicht, dat was nog geen probleem. Maar ook een kop koffie was niet te krijgen, en in de lounge zitten kon wel, maar moest in het donker, want 'het licht ging niet aan'. Van het hele hotel, dat op twee of drie andere gasten na leeg was, kregen wij een kamer met uitzicht op een plaatsje met afvalcontainers. |
