friendly staff and good, big, well decorated rooms Breakfast here is very expensive- 20 euro per person, incl our 3 young kids who dont eat much at all. The restaurant food was diappointing and there was nothing suitable for our kids to eat on the menu. |

Breakfast is way overpriced - 20 Euros per person. Even in the 5-star hotels where you get a rich breakfast buffet and the chef cooks the eggs according to your liking, you don't pay that much. And here is quite a standard breakfast - nothing special. |

The Hotel lost our reservation - as a result we were placed in what was apparently the only room they had left which was rather dark with only a small window overlooking the road. Certainly not the peace and tranquility we were hoping for. They also attempted to charge us for breakfast that we did not have. |

Les transformations de l'hôtel repris par Caudalie. Le confort de chambres décorées avec goût. L'absence de régularité du restaurant gastronomique. Pour cette fois portions trop petites, cuissons insuffisantes et mélanges de saveurs contestables. |

goede badproducten in badkamer, vriendelijk personeel aan de receptie, up-grade van de kamer naar junior suite geen badjassen, kreeg een glas wijn met kurksmaak, zelfde wijn was niet meer beschikbaar, tapas was gewoon een kaasbord met een mousse van ham |

Cadre exceptionnel. Les suites sont superbes. Le restaurant gastronomique est à la hauteur de ce que l'on peut en attendre. Le menu présente un excellent rapport qualité-prix. On sent la "patte" Caudalie dans la nouvelle décoration. Personnel particulièrement attentif. En réservation directe l'hôtel prèleve automatiquement 30% du prix de la chambre. Cette pratique commerciale (que l'hôtel justifie par le spa) n'est acceptable qu'à partir du moment où elle s'accompagne d'une réduction sur le tarif de base. |
