Great location 10 minutes from Versaille. Sunny terrace and nearby lakes for walks. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food choices very limited. Only one restaurant open during our stay Sunday to Wednesday and only 5 choices each, starter, mains and desserts, with no change to the menu. Room service menu virtually replicated the restaurant choices. Arrived at 10 pm but bar already closed. Staff willing to supply wine as room service but no other choice.

That is a really charming place, ultimately what is called a countryide hotel. Have a nice room with a lake view, as there were not a lot of guests we've obtained an upgrade for free. Nice personel, and what was important - very nice restaurant just in the hotel. Stayed there for one night but definitely recommend to stay more to enjoy the spa facilities Two neglectical things: 1. after asking if the omlet should be with ham (answer was - no) it arrives plenty of ham; 2. the reception of the hotel cannot see the spa schedule - so have no chance to make a reservation out of 10:00-19:00

Good large room and bathroom. Great facilities (3 restaurants , sauna and a gym). Hotel staff always friendly and helpful. 20 minutes by train from saint lazard. Bar frequently not staffed so went straight to the restaurant but this was a small problem.

I asked for a quiet room in the hotel, but it was suggested that I upgrade to a more expensive room, but was not told that all the single standard rooms were attic rooms at the front of the hotel, overlooking a noisy street. There was very little activity in the hotel, which suggested it was virtually empty, and in these recessionary times, I would think it prudent for the hotel owners to upgrade their clients to impress them at no extra cost. It would also encourage them to return. Two chips in the bath were not acceptable.

During my stay I felt pampered and I loved the attention to deatail in the staff's attentiveness, food and decor. I would recommend this hotel and came home feeling revived and refreshed. I wished I had been told in advance that the jaccuzi was not working. The spa experience was a bit disappointing.

Beautifull hotel on a little lake, nice gardens and very good restaurant. prices was worth it as all other business related hotels normally charge you double. staff very friendly and it neighbourhoud is aslo actractive, lots of green and that just outside Paris city centre.

Der Park und das Restaurant Les artists Wir bekamen ein Zimmer zugewiesen, das unmittelbar auf die Straße hinausging, die sehr befahren war. Auf unseren Widerspruch: Sie können ein anderes ruhiges haben, das zum Park hinaus liegt, jedoch teurer wäre. Unser abermaliger Protest führte nach interner Rücksprache zum Ziel: Zimmer zum Park hinaus, gleicher Standard, gleicher Preis. Gut wäre eine Hinweis bei der Reservierung: Dieses Zimmer geht zur Straße hinaus. Das hätten wir von vornherein abgelehnt.

La gentillesse du personnel. Le café des artistes. Les chambres côté route extrêmement bruyantes et mal insonorisées. Une chaleur épouvantable pour un mois d'octobre avec un système de ventilation en panne. Le jacouzzi en panne, prévenu au dernier moment. La bonde la baignoire qui ne s'ouvre et l'impossibilité de se doucher le dernier jour. Bref ça ne vaut pas les étoiles mentionnées. Pas de personnel présent pour porter les bagages.
