Résidence Maeva Nice Les Palmiers  

I was surprised that we had to pay extra for the towels (9 eur. per person ). However, it was a nice and peaceful place to state. The kitchen was well equipped.

I didn't receive the electronic voucher from hotel, there was no message of the arrival rules. We arrived to Nice in April 11 2012 at 20-00, hotel found hardly, the index is, but is written very small. When we approached to gate and called by specified phone, nobody answered. We got to hotel by a lucky chance, at entrance of one of clients pilots of Air France. It also found for us an envelope with keys. Without this pilot, we simply spent the night on the street. Next day the serving girl demanded the voucher though I provided it our passports. Then in a rough form demanded the blue card, we didn't understand that it is meant as a bank card. I paid off the card. I didn't receive the receipt. At all I do not know how many removed from the card. In addition cash from us took 6 euros - a daily dachshund though it should enter into a room rate so it was written in the message when booking. In number quality of a folding sofa wasn't pleasant. If in number there live two - put a normal bed - the beauty isn't necessary, convenience is necessary.

Security was good

The photo and write up on the romms was not accurate. They were not four bed, but two bunk beds and a sofa bed - there were four adults and we had to take an additional appartment. The wifi reception was very poor and for most of the time, we couldn't access the internet.

Parking available at the hotel (8 Euro a day) - not bad.

От аэропорта всего мин 10. Главное достоинство-наличие кухни в номере, что существенно экономит бюджет. От отеля вниз к набережной на углу дома есть отличный супермаркет. Во дворе отеля отличный сад, где можно отдохнуть, позагорать, поиграть в игры. Комнаты на фотографиях кажутся больше, чем на самом деле, но все очень удобно и компактно.

Приехали в обед и не смогли заселиться, тк график работы ресепшена с 9 до 12, а потом с 16 до 20, что очень неудобно. Платные полотенца (9 евро). Туалетная бумага, всего один рулон (просили пару раз еще-давали, но сказали что надо покупать самим). В номерах не убираются (наверное надо просить)... Мусор тоже самим выкидывать. До Старого города пешком мин. 30-40.

La presenza di micro onde, lavastoviglie, pastiglie per lavastoviglie, spugna a detersivo piatti (non me lo aspettavo). La comodità di entrare ed uscire dal residence con il codice. L'accesso al giardino molto bello. Abbiamo aggiunto una notte e ci hanno fatto un prezzo vantaggioso!

Mobiletti un pò vecchi, da cambiare in cucina. personale poco efficiente. abbiamo chiesto una coperta il primo giorno ed abbiamo dovuto aspettare 2 gg!

расположение довольно хорошее.Номера очень маленькие. У нас был номер на 1 этаже с видом на бассейн, Очень темно даже днем приходилось включать свет, комары. Советую отказываться от этих номеров. На верхних этажах м.б. более комфортно.

Le séjour en lui même.

Il monolocale è grazioso, ben arredato, molto pulito. Il personale risponde a ogni necessità con gentilezza e massima disponibilità. La piscina non è molto grande ma per chi desidera nuotare tranquillamente o prendere il sole non è male. La spiaggia non è molto lontana e per arrivarci si passa attraverso un bellissimo viale di palme. Nelle vicinanze un parco comunale con aree pic-nic, bar e giochi per I bambini. Numerosi supermercati nella zona.

Purtroppo la zona è un po' carente di parcheggi, come del resto tutta Nizza. Il residence ha un tot di parcheggi a pagamento che sono un pò stretti e per sistemare le macchine occorrono un pò di manovre e soprattutto vetture non troppo grandi. Ideale per chi una volta arrivato lascia la macchina al suo interno sino alla partenza.
