보증금

From 15 November 2008 to 04 April 2009 the residence reception is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 and Sunday from 10:00 to 12:00. Reception is closed on Sunday afternoon.
From 04 April 2009 to 14 November 2009 the hotel reception is open Sunday through Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 and Saturday from 08:00 to 20:00.

This is not a hotel it is self catering studio apartments. The room was fine, clean, quite small, the bed is a sofa bed. You have to clean the room yourself and leave it as you found it or else pay extra to have it cleaned. In a nice area but up a big hill which we didnt mind but some people might. Close to the beach and easy access to city by bus or about 30 min walk. nice is amazing The swimming pool was ice cold - I could not get into it. |

It was in a good location off the beach and the promenade, although it was uphill it was fine for us. The studio was basic, but it was as described, and included a television, air conditioning (contrary to other reviews it did not cost us extra) and a dishwasher. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The description stated "separate beds which cannot be pushed together" which actually meant, bunk beds, although the sofa could be used as a bed. Kitchen is very limited, perhaps only suitable if you are staying for a short time or will eat out. Towels, and extra toilet roll are not included, although can be bought or rented on site if you do not supply your own. |

I liked the fact that it was in a quiet, leafy place but at the same time, very near the seafront and only a short busride from the centre of Nice. I didn't like the noisy Italian or Spanish kids shouting in the garden at 11pm. The hotel should make the 10pm rule much clearer to people from these 2 countries. We live in Spain and people generally let their kids run around shouting until very late at night. It doesn't generally occur to them that other people might be trying to have a quiet dinner, or even to sleep! |

il verde che ti circonda ed in particolare il bellissimo giaridno, il clima (5 gradi in meno la sera rispetto alla promenade) mancanza di possibilità di affittare bici, la piscina è troppo all'ombra (si potrebbero tagliare le piante) |

Le calme La réceptionniste n'a pas retrouvé ma réservation et m'a fait une réservation en directe avec avec un tarif différent. Après mon check-in, elle a finalement retrouvé ma réservation avec booking.com. Soit elle n'était pas rentrée correctement soit elle n'était pas rentrée du tout. |
