The location - particularly chosen with great care - this chain of hotels has superior elegant decor whilst maintaining all comfort - for the price, usually way out of our range (in fact the higest we have paid with booking.com for years) we would have expected no less. Lack of communication - misleading web-site, no information at all in our room - tv far too small for the size of room - most misleading (a complaint? Or useful to your organisation?) was we were led to expect to be fed - but only a restaurant gastronomique - prices beyond us, food too rich and too much. As it was Christmas we were hard put to get fed at all. We had presumed that a hotel which stayed open over Christmas would have all usual facilities (or more, even if one paid a supplement).

Everything. Stayed in a superior double room, it was georgeous, fabulous sea view, very comfortable bed and room was beautifully decorated. Ate in the Hotel Restaurant, service and food was excellent, decor in Restaurant also very tasteful. Staff very friendly and helpful. To top it all the hotel is located on the beachside, the weather was lovely when we were there (mid September). Really loved my stay here.

Very nice hotel with an excellent location, right on the beach.The staff was super friendly.The restaurant has also an excellent view and a a good kitchen. The room we had was very nice but also very small, it was the cheapest room of the hotel (but that's still quiet expensive ;-) the room is really small, very nice and design and clean and a view, but ...small.I found the room too small for the price we paid.

We loved having a waterfront room. The first night we wanted to eat at the restaurant but there was only a French menu. The delightful lady at reception spent 10 minutes with my husband googling a full tranlastion for us. It was our 5th Wedding Anniversary and we had a lovely night and sensational food. Unfortunately there were high winds and a big storm when we stayed which made sleeping difficult.

La déception de notre voyage, hotel éloigné du centre ville, toute petite chambre, salle de bain minuscule, tarif haute saison appliqué le 21 juin et le petit déjeuner le plus cher du voyage indiqué sur booking à 13€ et facturé 14,5€ . Ne mérite absolument pas la note actuelle. Pas de réaction à nos remarques au moment du départ, c'est comme cela !

Proximité de la plage, bien que nous n'avions pas pu en profiter. 14 € le petit déjeuner, prix inadmissible quand vous constatez le peu de produits proposés au petit déjeuner. Tarif à revoir, car, franchement, pratiquer un tel prix c'est du vol pur et simple ; à ce prix nous dégustons un plat du jour...... Alors là, il y a de l'abus. Franchement à revoir à la baisse au moins de moitié vus les aliments suggérés. Très déçus, et pourtant nous pratiquons bon nombre d'hôtels de styles divers mais, jamais nous n'avons rencontré une situation aussi lamentable et honteuse pour le standing présenté sur les plaquettes. A bon entendeur, salut......... On sent bien que l'on paye la rénovation récente...... !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Le Bonheur au Grand Large! Aux Sables blancs, il y a la mer et vous, vous et la mer! Magnifique! De la terrasse, comme du lit, vous voyez la mer et c'est magnifique! C'était notre 2ème séjour et en qq années, l'hôtel s'est fameusement défraîchi...Les peintures de notre chambre supérieure (grande terrasse) sont à refaire, la chambre s'est dépréciée. De plus, nous avions une chambre communicante (sans en être prévenus) et l'insonorisation était plus que limite! J'avais l'impression d'avoir la personne d'à côté qui ronflait, ds mon lit!...Désagréable! Le petit- déjeûner en chambre sur la terrasse est idyllique mais le café était froid, l'assortiment assez pauvre...

Cet établissement est un vrai lieu de repos, situé sur une plage de sable fin... Le personnel est compétent et discret, le restaurant est délicieux, les chambres sont magnifiques et la vue est à couper le souffle. Nous avons passé un beau week-end en amoureux. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir! Le seul petit point négatif est l'absence de parking privé, mais il y a quand même de quoi se garer à proximité de l'hôtel.

Un accueil chaleureux et un petit plus : une chambre supérieure au lieu d'une chambre standard et ce, pour le même prix ... Il est vrai que je leur avais annoncé qu'il s'agissait de notre voyage de noces ... Heureuse surprise ... et superbe geste commercial ... De plus, l'hôtel m'a téléphoné la veille pour me proposer une réservation au restaurant ... Ce que j'ai accepté ... Et nous n'avons pas été déçus par la gastronomie très fine et superbement présentée ... Hôtel à recommander (hors saison en tout cas) !!!

La situation exceptionnelle de l'hôtel et des chambres sur la mer la restauration et le petit déjeuner, le personnel chaleureux et à l'écoute Chambre 1 très agréable, mais adossée à un salon particulier ce qui peut être gênant en cas de musique bruyante. Séjour globalement très plaisant
