The beachfront location; the friendly and helpful reception staff; the free public parking in the street outside. The small, cramped room with barely enough space to move, once two people and their suitcases were in the room; the lack of information in the room about the hotel's facilities; the lack of tea/coffee-making facilities and other nice touches in the room; the over-priced room, breakfast and restaurant meals.

The location - particularly chosen with great care - this chain of hotels has superior elegant decor whilst maintaining all comfort - for the price, usually way out of our range (in fact the higest we have paid with booking.com for years) we would have expected no less. Lack of communication - misleading web-site, no information at all in our room - tv far too small for the size of room - most misleading (a complaint? Or useful to your organisation?) was we were led to expect to be fed - but only a restaurant gastronomique - prices beyond us, food too rich and too much. As it was Christmas we were hard put to get fed at all. We had presumed that a hotel which stayed open over Christmas would have all usual facilities (or more, even if one paid a supplement).

Everything. Stayed in a superior double room, it was georgeous, fabulous sea view, very comfortable bed and room was beautifully decorated. Ate in the Hotel Restaurant, service and food was excellent, decor in Restaurant also very tasteful. Staff very friendly and helpful. To top it all the hotel is located on the beachside, the weather was lovely when we were there (mid September). Really loved my stay here.

Very nice hotel with an excellent location, right on the beach.The staff was super friendly.The restaurant has also an excellent view and a a good kitchen. The room we had was very nice but also very small, it was the cheapest room of the hotel (but that's still quiet expensive ;-) the room is really small, very nice and design and clean and a view, but ...small.I found the room too small for the price we paid.

We loved having a waterfront room. The first night we wanted to eat at the restaurant but there was only a French menu. The delightful lady at reception spent 10 minutes with my husband googling a full tranlastion for us. It was our 5th Wedding Anniversary and we had a lovely night and sensational food. Unfortunately there were high winds and a big storm when we stayed which made sleeping difficult.

Cosy Hotel met prachtige ligging. Zeer nette kamers en supervriendelijk en gedienstig personeel. Het restaurant "Le Nautile" geeft een lekkere, verfijnde keuken voor ieders smaak.

Les pieds dans l'eau, c'est magique. L'accueil est excellent, le service impeccable. Lorsque l'on voyage avec un enfant la suite junior est idéale, avec son espace séparé. L'ambiance est décontractée. Les petit-déjeuners sont bon assortis. Très pro, rien à redire...

Cet établissement est un vrai lieu de repos, situé sur une plage de sable fin... Le personnel est compétent et discret, le restaurant est délicieux, les chambres sont magnifiques et la vue est à couper le souffle. Nous avons passé un beau week-end en amoureux. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir! Le seul petit point négatif est l'absence de parking privé, mais il y a quand même de quoi se garer à proximité de l'hôtel.

Un accueil chaleureux et un petit plus : une chambre supérieure au lieu d'une chambre standard et ce, pour le même prix ... Il est vrai que je leur avais annoncé qu'il s'agissait de notre voyage de noces ... Heureuse surprise ... et superbe geste commercial ... De plus, l'hôtel m'a téléphoné la veille pour me proposer une réservation au restaurant ... Ce que j'ai accepté ... Et nous n'avons pas été déçus par la gastronomie très fine et superbement présentée ... Hôtel à recommander (hors saison en tout cas) !!!
