Atmosphere in the hotel was pleasant. The location was very pretty with good views in lake rooms. The restaurant was very good. The 'forest' views were not really views and overlooked the hotel car park, the working part of the restaurant and staff quarters. Although our room had a large and impressive balcony it was very noisy at night and couldn't have stayed in that room any longer. |

Hotel menu and food excellent Our room was very small and not the luxury we had expected. All the rooms either side of us were being refurbished and we had to put up with smell of glue, banging etc |

Execellent hotel but services were reduced towards the end of the season ie swimming pool closed for servicing.The forest side of the hotel catches the sun all afternoon. One of the reception staff (male)on our arrival was very off hand and unhelpful however others were very good especially Marilyn. Services of the traditional restaurant were restricted. |

The room was spacious and offered a view of the lake we were not expecting. The balcony was also a surprise. The price of food and drink was rather more than that of Annecy so we only ate in the restaurant on our first night. We did not try the breakfasts as they were very expensive. |

The situation was quite convenient for te town, but town parking meant that it was necessary to walk or take a taxi (difficult from the town). The hotel staff were extremely helpful - but there were too few, and they were overworked. Our room was tiny and inconvenient, and without air conditioning. the bathroom was a strange mixture of ostentation and penny pinching - the splash panel for the shower, which was in the bath, was at the wrong end. Perhaps we expected too much for our devalued pound, but we think that the problem was not of money, but attention to detail. |

The setting was lovely with its views across the lake. The hotel was close enough to Annecy to be able to walk to the old town but far enough outside the bustle of the city to regard it as being in the countryside. We thought the breakfast was a little expensive. |

The view of the lake was beautiful. The pools (both outdoor and indoor-spa pool) were lovely with chaise lounges overlooking the lake. A path through the woods took you to the lake and to the town. Our room had a beautiful round bathtub for two with a window overlooking the lake. |

Very nicely furnished place. Good swimming pool and nice and convinient room. Staff is friendly and very efficient. At nght the noise from the nearby road is very strong and with no AC windows must be open. Prices for bar and restaurant are quit high. |

The location was superb. The spa facilities were excellent. The staff were very helpful and amenable. We had a lovely big room but there were no coat hooks, no draws and no bedside draws. There was nowhere to put anything. |

Friendliness of staff, excellent service and really helpful with two dogs, super food in the restaurant Nothing to state times of service of meals, no "map" of where to find things; breakfast ridiculously expensive, if you are in a forest view room you do not get bathrobes (and we did want a lake view room so not my fault), plastic glasses in rooms spa facility user have to pass through the main parts of the hotel to regain your room and in this case it was getting thru a party of 50 |

L' acceuil et le personnel. Décoration de très mauvais goût, moquette tachée, tapisserie décollée, chambre minuscule, petit déjeuner hors de prix (16 euros par personne) , éloigné du centre ville... Peu d' équipements dans la chambre ( pas de bouilloire ) La piscine est minuscule, pour accèder au spa il faut passer par le restaurant puis par dehors, aucune intimitée. |

le petit déjeuné et son jus d'orange pressé je n'ai pas aimé trouver des cheveux sur les draps à notre arrivée ! Dans l'espace détente je n'ai pas aimé l'eau froide du bassin et jacuzzi ! Je n'ai pas aimé le bruit de '' marteau piqueur" dans la cabine de hammam !! Je n'ai pas aimé le prix de cette nuit d'hôtel bien trop cher pour tous ces ''je n'ai pas aimé'' ..... !! |
