The location was superb. The spa facilities were excellent. The staff were very helpful and amenable. We had a lovely big room but there were no coat hooks, no draws and no bedside draws. There was nowhere to put anything. |

Friendliness of staff, excellent service and really helpful with two dogs, super food in the restaurant Nothing to state times of service of meals, no "map" of where to find things; breakfast ridiculously expensive, if you are in a forest view room you do not get bathrobes (and we did want a lake view room so not my fault), plastic glasses in rooms spa facility user have to pass through the main parts of the hotel to regain your room and in this case it was getting thru a party of 50 |

Nice expensive feel for a very reasonable price I didn't realise until day two that there was a oil burner in teh room that gave a cakey smell, fine once I unplugged it. A little far from town for older people to work but nothing to cmplain about. |

The fantastic views of the lake from our balcony a wonderful room and balcony overlooking lake. The meal in the rotunda restaurant a la carte was superb |

It is a nice, classy hotel with a perfect view. If you can afford the lake view room, which was 200 Euro (breakfast ecxl), room is large. Staff is helpful. Small elevator. |

a beautiful position but too far from Annecy We felt it was extortionately expensive and very poor quality - half a lager was 7 euros - cheapest red wine in their cheapest restaurant 33 euros - reception booked us in for dinner only to be told by the staff that the kitchen actually closed half an hour before our booking - the food was mediocre - we were very disapointed |

J'ai adoré la qualité du petit déjeuné. Certes un peu cher mais très bien préparer et très bon. La piscine intérieure très sympa et le personnel s' occupant du coin spa est très sympathique. Oui manque de place de parking. Lorqu' il y a un mariage prévu à l' hotel, les autres clients n' ont qu' à se garer dehors. Personnel non disponible quand il y a un mariage !!!!! |

L'agréable piscine. Le jus d'orange au petit déjeuner. En dessous de tout. Acceuil inexistant. Ascenseur lilliputien. Chambre 117 sans air conditionné, étouffante malgré le ventilateur. Salle de bain millimètrée (1m60 sur 1m20). Si on retire la baignoire, le lavabo et la cuvette du wc il reste 80cm sur 60cm, moins la place de la poubelle (20cm de diamètre): espace net restant ... 0.45 m² ... un peu court pour s'essuyer. Restaurant gastronomique non disponible le samedi (mariage) ni le dimanche (jour de fermeture). Resto brasserie: 3 plats et demi disponibles ... à des prix exhorbitants (et je ne parle pas du prix des vins !!!). Si vous voulez être servi au bar après 20 min d'attente en vain, allez chercher vous-même le barman. Au petit déjeuner (copieux), demandez au personnel de débarasser une table pour vous !!! Les prix sont exagerement surfaits. Messieurs, allez voir le Ringhotel Krone à Friedrichshafen (Allemagne) ou l'hotel La Perla à Tremezzo (lac de Côme, Italie) pour y prendre de la graine. Personnel totalement insignifiant qui ignore superbement la clientèle. A oublier au plus vite. Ma quote: 1/10 (0,5 pour la piscine et 0,5 pour le jus d'orange ... pour le reste ... poubelle). |

nous avons aimé toute la partie piscine sauna hammam...ainsi que le service en chambre et le buffet petit dej' j' ai beaucoup regretté le bruit nocture des serveurs à la fin de leur service, discussion rire à 1h du matin, dur de se reposer |

personeel zeer goed,uitstekent eten,prachtig uitzicht de kamer die wij hadden was niet geschikt voor 2 personen echt veel te klein.de drank aan de bar te duur iets minder en men zou meer verkopen .ik kan het aanbevelen aan veel mensen maar dan zal de kamer groter moeten zijn. |

Une des plus belles situations d'hôtel à Annecy. Cadre magnifique. Accueil chaleureux. Service parfait. Chambre un peu défraîchie, manque de modernité, piscine intérieure souvent trop froide. |

La vue plongeant sur le lac d'Annecy depuis la terrasse de l'hôtel, sur le bord de la piscine. Oui, le personnel de chambre s'est permis d'entré dans notre chambre sans frappé alors que nous y étions présents. De plus n'ayant pas pris de petit - déjeuner, j'ai trouvé dommage de les retrouver sur la note a la fin de mon séjour. |
