I gave an average grade for the location, because those who are traveling by car and would like to view the note would be 10, but who are on foot or perfere stay close to downtown, the note would be 0, since the hotel is on a mountain, 3 km from the city center.

After 5 years of using booking.com, for the first time, unfortunately, I have to give a negative evaluation for a hotel 1) The hotel does NOT have a shower, only bathtub, and it was not clear on the characteristics of the hotel. When I questioned the staff about it, they said, "I'm sorry" 2) The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, saying that although the hotel is non smoking. When I questioned the staff about it, they said, "I'm sorry" 3) I booked the best room in the hotel, whose description (and photo) said he would have a balcony but the room had NOT terrace. When I questioned the staff about it, they said, "I'm sorry" 4) The fourth had a dropped ceiling in the corners, making it much smaller than a regular room and uncomfortable. 5) Given all the above problems, I asked the staff if they could give me another room, or if I could cancel the last night so I went to another hotel. But they denied my request and said only "I'm sorry"

I like the location specially lake view Resturant location and bar

During my stay some thing realy bother me noising above my room all the night I did not know the cause of the voice Any way it disturbe my sleepping

Views were stunning and rooms very comfortable. The staff were exceptional, we were offered an upgrade immediately and loved our stay.Great location with a shortcut to the lake - ask staff.

Bonne accueil lors de notre arrivée et notre départ. L'hotel est très bien situé (pas loin d'Annecy) Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une chambre avec vue sur le lac...Juste magnifique le matin au réveil!!

Très déçu de la prestation spa. Effectivement il y a accès à une piscine balnéo (toute petite) et un sauna/Hamamm tout aussi petit. Le prix de la nuit (150€) me parait vraiment excessif quant aux prestations proposés...Dommage

La situation face au lac d'Annecy est idéale.

Supplément de 10 € pour le sauna, si vous avez la chance de pouvoir y aller car il ferme à 19 h !!! Dans la chambre, ni bureau ni table où écrire ou travailler, seule surface disponible, le dessus du mini bar. Le restaurant aimerait jouer dans la cour des grands, mais c'est un voeu pieux : les accompagnements d'apéritif arrivent 10 min après la coupe de champagne, la serveuse bafouille en annonçant ce que vous allez manger, le morceau de fromage est "microscopique" dans sa grande assiette, etc... Bref, à part le prix, la Rotonde n'a rien d'une grande table. J'ai été déçu par ce séjour.

Très bonne literie. Le Spa est tout de même très agréable. Le personnel reste acceuillant.

Le fait de traverser tout l hotel en peignoir pour atteindre le Spa ce n est pas pratique, on est pas tout a fait a l aise de plus il faut passer a l extérieur pour rejoindre le Spa et l hiver c est pas top! J ai été déçu par le massage corps il n étais pas assez appuyé .

Situation magnifique. De très belles vues sur lac d'Annecy, dans le calme et le luxe facile à vivre. Peut-être un peu cher, mais aucun regret. Le demi-pension représente un bon rapport qualité-prix côté restaurant où on mange très bien.

C'est avec ma fille et mon gendre que nous avons choisit votre hotel pour leur nuit de noce,ou nous avons également réservé notre chambre. Nous n'avons pas été déçu sauf pour 2 choses: dommage qu'il faille prendre les clés du bar à la réception, surtout en arrivant très tard. D'autre part que le parvis de l'hotel se transforme dès 8 heures du matin en rdv de cyclistes. Nous saurons pour une prochaine réservation qu'il vaut mieux demander vue lac. Sincères salutations.

Het hotel is zeer mooi gelegen en geniet van een uitzonderlijke goede keuken.Het ontbijt is uitstekend.

Het hotel bevindt zich op een mooie locatie,met uitzicht op het meer.De kamers met dit uitzicht zijn waarschijnlijk niet voor iedereen beschikbaar.Slechts 20 van de 50 kamers hebben airco.De kamers zijn zeer klein en niet zo proper.Het zwembad geniet van een mooi uitzicht,maar er zijn slechts 17 ligstoelen beschikbaar,voor een hotel dat 50 kamers heeft!!!Resultaat : wij hebben op een platform op de grond naast het zwembad moeten plaatsnemen en dit voor een 4-sterren hotel.De keuken is zeer goed,maar zeer prijzig.Er zijn parkeerplaatsen te weinig,zodat sommige gasten hun wagen op de straat hoeven, te parkeren.
