- IT IS NOT SPA HOTEL-be careful! - Hotel is posed like SPA, what is why prices are so high. But unfortunately there is no good quality SPA facilities. Everything is very small, poor atmosphere and rather sauna didn't work! We were very disappointed and aware people who come just for relaxation : you will not find described conditions. Restaurant is very fancy - which is good, but staff doesn't care about people who stay in the hotel. So if you want to come for dinner without reservation is almost no possible/ Moreover in the evening they close the door from "SPA" to hotel itself and in the evening you have to walk outside (my mom got cold because of this!) Don't come this season-they build new constructions and it is very noisy at the moment!

The chef shouting at his staff throughout our dinner (we decided not to eat there the 2nd night due to this) the fact that the spa is only accessible by going outside the hotel in the freezing rain....

Offhand manner of reception staff. Dining room fully booked when we arrived - no in-house alternative offered. Rooms at back noisy - deliveries start at 6.00am. WiFi failure. And in keeping with most French hotels, extortionate price for coffee and croissants at breakfast. Avoid.

The view over the mountains and lake annecy is maginificent.we had a room facing the lake.although it is 3 star hotel but it is closer to a 4 star hotel

The diffrence between priviledge room and prestigue room was mentioned in booking.com web site and we had a small argument with the hotel. There is no gym at the hotel.

No hook to hang the shower rose in the bathroom meaning you had to hold the shower spray all the time while you showered. A little dated in the rooms regarding decor The "forest view" room we had we extremely noisy with staff leaving at 12:30 or later and deliveries arriving at 4am- 6:30am. We had to have the window open as there was no AC and it was over 30 deg C. One small lift to handle luggage and guests.

Great bedrooms with view over the forest. We were able to keep the window door open at night. Mattresses were excellent. breakfast was excellent but very expensive.

Service from Marin at reception in particular was exceptional. Great base for bike trips around Annecy, is at foot of Semnoz road.

A fantastic position over looking the lake - a bit of a walk into town, but nothing too strenuous. Also while some of the restaurant staff were a little frosty, the front desk team were nice and helpful + discounted my room as it was small and without aircon.

Nice hotel with a wonderful view of Lake Annecy.

Rooms on the top floor can only be reached by a narrow spiral staircase which can be difficult with heavy luggage.

We enjoyed the facilities of the Spa and were very impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. Excellent reception, restaurant and Spa teams. We stayed two nights in a lake view room with excellent views and then decided to extend for another night in their only room available, a standard double overlooking the woods behind the hotel. This room was also very comfortable even if a lot smaller - very good value with access to all facilities available at the hotel. Wonderful relaxation. The Spa is highly recommended. We will be definitely returning. A little gem!

Only recommendation would be availability of sandwiches/light meals,snacks, during the day. Not always ready to eat a full course meal as the only choice. Brasserie not open every evening.

I gave an average grade for the location, because those who are traveling by car and would like to view the note would be 10, but who are on foot or perfere stay close to downtown, the note would be 0, since the hotel is on a mountain, 3 km from the city center.

After 5 years of using booking.com, for the first time, unfortunately, I have to give a negative evaluation for a hotel 1) The hotel does NOT have a shower, only bathtub, and it was not clear on the characteristics of the hotel. When I questioned the staff about it, they said, "I'm sorry" 2) The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, saying that although the hotel is non smoking. When I questioned the staff about it, they said, "I'm sorry" 3) I booked the best room in the hotel, whose description (and photo) said he would have a balcony but the room had NOT terrace. When I questioned the staff about it, they said, "I'm sorry" 4) The fourth had a dropped ceiling in the corners, making it much smaller than a regular room and uncomfortable. 5) Given all the above problems, I asked the staff if they could give me another room, or if I could cancel the last night so I went to another hotel. But they denied my request and said only "I'm sorry"

Facilité de parking. Chambre très correcte. Personnel de l'hôtel assez sympathique avec 1-2 exceptions. Acceptent les chiens. Au calme.

Le fait que l'ascenseur soit minuscule. Qu'il ne monte que jusqu'au 2ème étage alors qu'on nous a donné une chambre au 3ème alors que nous étions accompagnés de notre petit garçon et de notre chienne. Pas évident. La vue que nous n'avons pas eue... On a eu la vue sur le parking et arbres et non pas sur le lac alors que vu le prix payé j'estime que l'hôtel devrait être aménagée de façon à ce que tout le monde ait vue sur le lac quitte à ce que ce soit de la fenêtre de la sdb. Le Spa minuscule, je m'attendais à un vrai Spa et pas à ça.

Le cadre de l'hôtel est très agréable, dans la forêt. La salle de bain au 3e étage est assez sympathique, avec une fenêtre ouverte sur le ciel. TV et WIFI opérationnels. La décoration du bar et du restaurant est soignée.

La chambre tradition n'est pas très spacieuse, et mal insonorisée, on entend vraiment les autres chambres, et la VMC toute la nuit. La décoration des chambres mériterait d'être rénovée. Hôtel cher par rapport aux prestations qu'il propose.

la vue magnifique sur le lac et l'agencement spacieux de la chambre, le calme de l'hôtel, l'amabilité du personnel, la proximité de la ville

la salle de restaurant un peu surchauffé, la température de l'eau du bassin du spa, trop fraîche à notre goût.

L'emplacement est exceptionel, avec une tres tres belle vue sur le lac, le personnel est tres sympatique, l'hotel est tres bien equipé, baignoire balneo, un tres bon endroit pour passer un week end en amoureux.a deux pas de la vieille ville.

1 seul verre dans la chambre pour deux personnes?pas de menu ni carte du rooms service j'ai du aller en quemender un a la reception, pas de bouteille d'eau en aminities,et plus etrange pas de peignoire dans les chambres alors qu'il y a une magnifique piscine mais il faut passer par le resto pas pratique, en faite rien de tres grave qui ne puisse etre amelioré ou resolu par la direction.

Net buiten Annecy en redelijk rustig gelegen, enkele minuten met de auto van het Centrum. Vanaf de 2e verdieping (zolderkamer) wel een mooi uitzicht over het meer.

Verhouding prijs kwaliteit van kamer excl. Ontbijt is zoek, er is slechts een piepklein liftje uit de 30er jaren tot de 2e verdieping waar slechts één koffer in kan, zelf ga je noodzakelijkerwijs maar verstandiger met de trap. Het (kennelijk) zeer goede restaurant is duur en elke avond helemaal vol met locals, dus ook de (grote) pakeerplaats is overvol.

Le rapport qualité prix! Pas une boîte de mouchoirs dans la chambre privilège La piscine balnéothérapie a peine plus grande que notre baignoire! Accès au Spa en passant par l extérieur Sauna et Hamam 2 pers max payant! Parking petit et complet... En resume très déçu!

Très bel emplacement

- La qualité très médiocre du service à la brasserie (demander 3 fois de l'eau et 4 fois du sel pour voir arriver des petits sachets, et pour une note de 170€ à 2...) - Des chambres petites compte tenu de leur prix - Un petit déjeuner en chambre qui arrive sans beurre ni sucre, et on se lasse de rappeler pour demander également du lait - Un restaurant gastronomique apparemment de qualité mais dont l'accès est impossible lorsque l'on arrive faute de réservation (de meilleurs hotels s'enquièrent d'une éventuelle réservation de table lors de celle de la chambre) - Bref, un mauvais rapport qualité/prix
