The setting is wonderful. Beautiful and characterful. The rooms were perhaps not as comfortable as the price suggests and so would recommend it is maybe expensive. I paid for a "superior" room and only got a standard. I asked for double beds and got single beds. This was a disappointment, as we were on a romantic weekend. |

Lovely pool and very big, comfortable room. Pool and bar hours could have been longer. I would expect the pool to be open part of the evening and the bar until midnight. The restaurant area was too small to accommodate the large tour groups staying there. Food ran out and staff were rushed off their feet to try to keep up with it. |

The hotel was conveniently situated close to railway, canal, airportbus and town I booked a superior room but it was rather small and the bathroom was tiny. Rather noisy |

We ate in the hotel Bistro and were very disssatisfied with the service and the food. We waited an hour and 10 minutes for our naon course which when served was dry. we made a complaint to the waiter who just walked away and brought us down our bill. I would not recommend this hotel |

Reception magnificent. Bar quite good + decent terrace area. Discount vouchers on drinks. Shoddy room. Twin beds only (was expecting double). Outrageous cost for Internet (5E per hour). Unjustified price for pool (10E per day). |

Location is good for the City centre but some 15 minutes away from the old part of the City Room size was very small and facilities very basic. Too many rooms with twin rather than double beds, so that we did not have our prefered option. The hotel looks ok from the outside, with decent common areas, but particularly the room we were allocated was not very good. Breakfast facilities were a poor with many items which should have been on offer, being out of stock at 9 am in the morning |

Convienient location Room was clean and comfortable but smelled musty. On check in staff asked for information, all or most of which they already had. Nowhere to park, area at front which should have been for offloading and loading but was full with the what seemed to be the same vehicles throughout my stay. Would have been helpful to know parking details in advance of arrival. |

The hotel is in a great location and the lobby/ hallways are well kept and have great character Our room was poor- 2 ceiling tiles fell down during our stay and a glass pane fell out of our balcony door during our stay. The shower was awful, it had with no wall fitting so I had to hold the shower hose while showering - not very relaxing |

l liked the beautiful design of the lobby.lt is so central near the canal and the shops. The service and food in the hotel restaurant was terrible.Also the lift was broken for four days and we had to climb up nearly a hundred steps. |
