location was perfect, smack in the town's center. breakfast buffet very good. friendly staff. shower stall with partition ( not just a curtain ). we weren't told that we needed to warn the staff in advance whether we'd need to take the car out of the hotel's cramped garage at odd hours. Ours was blocked by another parked car.

Very central location and helpful front of house staff. The hotel was full of character and well appointed public areas. Where do I start? We were checked in to the smallest, cramped en-suite hotel room I have ever come across! We had to "shuffle" side-ways around the room as there was so little floor space and absolutely no where to put our luggage. The bedroom overlooked the main street and therefore had a roller blind and shutters for privacy, however as the blind had to be kept closed at all times the artificial lighting in the room was absolutely minimal. Due to the size of the room there was very little air circulating and the air-con did not work, opening the window during the night was not an option because of the front facing location. The bed was uncomfortable and the towels were of poor quality. The secure garage parking (at a surcharge) was intended for very small cars and not a large estate car! Once parked up, it was impossible to get in or out of the car during our stay, let alone retreive any forgotten belongings! The hotel was very quiet, perhaps 8 - 10 rooms occupied during our stay, I would have thought that an offer of an upgrade to a larger room would have been a good "PR" exercise and would have encouraged us to use the hotel facilities rather than seek food and refreshment elsewhere. For a Best Western hotel - a huge disappointment and regret that we will not be returning.

The unique parking system of stacking cars. They emailed me prior to going there asking what type of car did we have and size so it would it in. Even thought I requested evening meal we were not told that they did not have a restaurant. OK in this case there were plenty of good restaurants in the same street but why when asked about the car parking was I not informed about no restaurant. Not to come as a surprise upon arrival.

Stayed here to visit the Christmas Market and very happy we did. Location was excellent. Staff recommended we upgrade to a larger room because we travel with a lot of stuff and we are glad we did. Large bedroom with a large bathroom made for a comfortable stay. The hotel has everything you could want for your comfort. Staff was warm & frendly when we arrived and always greeted us with a smile. Finding the hotel was a bit confusing but they provided us with detailed directions and we made it unharmed. Strasbourg is a very busy city to drive around in.

It is very near the christmas markets. There is no tea facilities in the room but you can request for kettle and cups at the reception. The staff speaks good english. There is a thai eatery just across thr hotel which is worth trying. No shower curtain at the bath tub although this is not a major factor to deter one from staying at the hotel.

The traditional European style of the hotel, cleanliness and their proximity to the main train station. Hotel service (though not so bad) is not so nice or friendly compared with the other hotels we stayed.

We loved the hotel and it's strategic location and accessibility from the Main Train Station. The room was really cool for 2, clean and comfortable. We liked the breakfast, though it's simple. The staffs were excellent in giving information and we liked their hospitality. The cost of our room is definitely value for money. We will strongly recommend the hotel for family, couples and even backpackers. It would have been great if there were coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Otherwise, everything were good.
