Very nice hotel, situated in the old city (close to petit France). the room is clean, breakfast was good. the hotel has a private parking (14 euro per day) this is an excellent solution if you are travelling with a car. the hotel staff is realy nice and helpful. the room was very small (not very comfortable)

Nice interior decor and comfortable. Male staff is very helpful. Good location. Good breakfast. No fridge. Staff is so helpful that they talk for a long time. When I went to pick up my bag which was deposited. I had to wait for a long time as she was giving tips to other hotels guests.

Location, location!!!!! Standard room very small for two adults with luggage. Only at cheque out were we made aware of opportunity for upgrade at minor cost.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room, though small, was well- equipped with a very good shower-room and efficient use of space in general as well as good lighting. The bed was very comfortable and the neighbourhood was quiet at night. The breakfast buffet was good too. The location was extremely convenient for the centre of Strasbourg and the hotel has its own garage with a reasonable price for an overnight stay (less than we would have paid in a nearby commercial car park). We would stay here again. The garage spaces were rather small and the cars parked on platforms that lifted up and down. We have a seat Alhambra (same as the vw Sharan) and you couldn't park anything bigger there.

Good service from staff. Not adequate table (just a "balcony" in the room. It would be important to work with with the computer while in the room. The "balcony" with its high "chairs" are bad for my back. Sorry to alert for that, knowing that it is, however, my personal problem.

Staff were very helpful and nice. They all spoke english perfectly. We stayed in the cheapest double room and it was very nice and very comfortable. We will definately stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Fantastic Hotel, very friendly and efficient staff, perfect location & very clean. We stopped in the Deluxe Room with Whirlpool Bath on the 4th floor with great view of the city roof tops & cathedrale. Strasbourg is a small city easily covered on food with the hotel very central for all areas, train station 10 mins easy walk.

The people, the breakfast included, but most important, the very friendly and helpful staff. All pleasant. Felt like a frequent client even though it was my first and only visit to this hotel. After staying in Paris for a few days, this hotel and its bath facilities were superior to a four star hotel in Paris. Would recommend it to travelers.

Location is fabulous. Rooms are small, but cozy and very functional. Tons of ambience. Staff was delightful, as was breakfast. The only caution is that street noise and noise from other rooms can filter in. Would stay at hotel again in a heartbeat. Rooms are not super quiet. Expect to hear the street and some of your neighbors.
