The staff was great - friendly, very attentionate and helpful. They upgraded my room because they told me that the one I booked was very small. The location is right in the centre. The private parking is definitely useful if you are just staying for the weekend (+ I stayed 2 days and they made me pay only one day of parking). The rooms are small. Did not especially enjoy the breakfast (not much variety). |

The location for the ol center and train station is excellent. The wifi not working at 3-th floor. The bathroom not very clean. |

When I called about the hotel about children policy, I was told that children under 8 stay for free, but they charged extra for breakfast for the children at check-out. |

Rooms are clean and comfortable, and service is fair for the money spent. The location in the city centre makes it very appealing for city trips. Parking is a good feature. |

It rained quite a lot while we stayed here, but the hotel's location made it possible for us to enjoy the historic part of Strasbourg with very little difficulty. We were able to walk despite the rain. We enjoyed the Christmas market and the many shops and restaurants. The staff was exceptionally attentive. |

The hotel is very close to place kleber and only a 5 minutes walk to public transportation. The staff is very kind and helpful. Internet is free of charge. The bathroom floor needed more cleaning. |

This is a conveniently located hotel in the centre of Strasbourg. The staff are attentive and friendly. It is an old world hotel with character with many of the rooms being larger than found in more recently built hotels. Breakfast could be improved, but this is indicative on the style of breakfast and not a reflection on the standard of food or staff, both of which were very good. |

This hotel is located in a very convenient location. We had stayed here before and were happy to return. We were delighted to have air conditioning in the room this trip as the weather was hot. The rooms are a bit small but adequate. |

Central location, aircon rooms (important in summer), cheap on-site parking, was OK for a short stay Unfortunately all roads to the city center were closed until 11 pm the day we arrived. The hotel wrote us beforehand to warn us but didn't expect the roads to be opened so late. We were circling the city for more than an hour trying to find a way to the hotel, even with GPS it was difficult (I don't think our GPS maps were accurate about Strasbourg to be honest). Parking space is very very small but hotel staff offer to park your car for you. Bed was a bit too hard for me. |
