Spacious room, comfortable, clean, well located. Friendly staff.
Internet is slow.
The location was really near the metro and from the gard du nord was only 4 stops with metro. Which made it good getting to and from the airport. It was a good base to explore Paris from as everything was either in walking distance or a few stops with the metro.
The hotel is near the red light district. Which can be a bit off putting. But we never felt threatened or intimidated. Just some people may want to be aware as it can be a shock when first coming out of the metro
The restaurants around were in a good location.
The staff are not good at all, the lady who clean my room took my money from the wallet and the customer service didn't do anything, I do not advise this hotel from anyone, even my enemy.
Somehow the air in the room was very dry which killed my throat. Besides that, a very nice hotel with a good and tasty breakfast! :)
Close to Pigalle station
Bed quality is bad. Shower pipe was blocked
The personnel were really nice and friendly. Mostly the hotel met my expectations which were not that high.
The way I had to pay. Some part if money was reserved already. Initially I was asked to totally pay separately the whole sum. After some deliberations personnel took/confirmed the payment of reserved sum and cut the rest from the card which should've been done from the very beginning. Also connecting to the wifi was unnecessarily complicated.
Great breakfast, comfortable room, big shower, everything was clean and tidy. Staff were very nice and helpful. We had a beautiful week. :)
Sounds from the inside of the hotel, because of thin walls, but nothing from the street.
Very comfortable, large room with good facilities. Coffee and tea in the room, very good breakfast, all in all a very friendly atmosphere.
Nothing to mention.
Location was good. Very close to metro station. Walking distance to moulinrouge & montmarte.
Comfort room was extremely small. Wifi was flaky. On our first day when we checked-in the bed linen was smelling vicks!
Great location, very central.
Wifi was only free for one device.
Staff are good. Location good.
No Iron in the room. Old furniture
location communication with the staff breakfast
extreme small shower for person onder 170cm and lower then 60kg.
The location is quite humorous. In the middle of a bustling night life area, full of sex shops and even a sex museum (which I will admit was the best part of the trip)
The staff were rude, insulted us numerous times verbally and pulling faces because my husband can't speak French. The room was nothing like the pictures, the staff were not helpful, complete waste of money. We were honestly considering changing to a different hotel the first night it was that bad. A hostel would have been better service and quality! Never ever again. It ruined our honeymoon!
location is good, reception staff very helpful
room was smaller than expected and the hotel ignored our request for a bath even though they said in the details that the room size we chose could have one. breakfast was poor. don't let them book you a cab - find your own. there was an 8euro surcharge by the cab for pre-booking via the hotel
location, kind staffs
Comfortable modern room. Clean.
The area is quite rough and there was loud partying ALL NIGHT.
deco , confort , propreté ok , localisation ok proche metro , 10 min a pied Montmartre
J'ai eu chambre en rez de chaussée, tres sombre, on a l'impression que les passants sont dans la chambre, globalement pas tres agreable
LOW STANDARD FOR THIS PRICE !!!!!! Night club next door, noise on the street. Broken elevator. We paid for breakfast whose did not have
Very Good Location Friendly Staff
No room view
Really good location and rooms are fresh and clean.
1. We were a group of 3 friends and we took the family room with 1 double and 1 single bed. We were prepared to share the bed, however we were hoping there will be separate blankets on the double bed - but that was not the case. The first night when asking the receptionist, he said, that the storage room is closed and he does not have a key, so I should ask his colleagues next day. And so we did - and she claimed that they are fully booked and have no extra blankets, though when checking information online - they had at least 3 spare rooms. I did not complain any further and we just dealt with it. This was the only flaw - not very forthcoming when it comes to asking for an extra thing, that seems not very unreasonable request. So other groups of friends - be aware :) 2. Breakfast - the coffee is dreadful and the choice is very limited. And for the price of 12 EUR you can have breakfast in Café des 2 Moulins (Amelie Cafe), which is just 5- 7 minute walk away. There were also other breakfast places around and prices for breakfast usually is still around 12 EUR.
View of roof tops and the Eiffel Tower from the 6th floor. Gentle staff.
Smallish room. Need to reconnect to WIFI several times.
Quietness of the area
The walls of the hotel are too thin. You can hear the people next room.
The female receptionist raised her voice to me when I was checking out because I had asked for a taxi to be booked for my airport transfer and she said ' this is impossible' ' you did not' which I had. What had not been explained to me is that a taxi would be called for me 15 minutes before my desired time when I asked I reception. No need to be rude
I like the staff Close to the subway
Bad Location - neiborhood
comfort, modern decor, helpful staff
