Very good location near RER and 2 metro lines. Large room (I got a free upgrade from confort to superior room) with no frills. Coffee and tea in the room. Free wifi.

Very basic room. Furnitures already in non perfect state even if hotel has been renovated recently. WC in my room was just behind the door. Breakfast with very limited choices (but it costs only 8 Euros/person). Surrounding area not very safe and clean at night (as in any place around a railway station ...).

Just opposite to the Gare De Austerlitz,very easy to access,McDonalds 100 meter,a lot of cafes near to the hotel, a small supermarket just 50 meter ,very fast chek-in check out.

The room and bathroom were clean. Plenty of hot water and hair dryer. No street noise because the room overlooked the backside of other buildings (room 402). ok breakfast was 8 euros extra per person. Close to Austerlitz train station. Good accessibility by rer. Staff was friendly.

Room was tiny. Good only for showering and sleeping. If you linger too long in the hotel, you will get depressed. This is actually good because getting out on the street is much more fun.

Value for money is poor. The size of the room does not allow even to have a desk, a wardrobe or even a place where to leave the suitcase out of the way. The shower was minimum and without courtains so the floor was a mess after a shower.

The hotel is very close to the Gare D'Austerlitz and not far from the Gare de Lyon (only a short walk away), with connections for the metro and RER to travel into the centre of Paris. The room was cleaned every day and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The room size was quite small, but that is to be expected in Paris. If you get a room facing the main street you will hear the metro during the day/afternoon/evening, but this didn't bother us. Although the website stated that Canal+ was available, we were unable to receive it in the room, along with quite a few of the other channels, which was a shame.

The bathroom was smaller. The shower must to be short because the water could flow for everywhre.

The location is good, walking distance from Latin quarter and Notre Dame, and the metro/rer station is just in front of the door. The rooms was neat and tidy, quite recently renovated, but fairly small.

Problem with shower: there was no curtain or anything in the small bathroom, and the floor was flooding every time after taking a shower (no drain in the bathroom itself). No fridge. Also, the hotel didn't have my room for the fisrt night! They had received the booking from booking.com, but for some reason, hadn't made the reservation. We had to go to another one of their hotels late at night with all of our luggage: not good! Received one free breakfast only for the inconvenience.

I had modified my booking and hence had asked for two single beds. We got one normal large bed. I trust the normal price i.e. Eur 200.- is expensive for what it is i.e. small room.

My wife and I, made arrival on 9 December 2011 and left on 16 December 2011. Our nationality: greece This is important. Secondly, I want to report to you that I am receptionist above 15 years in hotel of 4 stars in Greece. The receptionists that made us the arrival were ironic! For the first time in our travelling experience we felt the ironic grin and the racism only and only because we are greeks! This is unacceptable!!! Who director allows in his employees to be ironic? They distinguish their customers by nationality? From that moment,we felt that we were customers second class. We did not make error. When we went up in the room, the heating did not function. Obviously, in order to make economy the hotel, they had closed it in the room and they turned on after they waited for us to discover first! I went down in reception and I asked 2 moreover blankets because it made a lot of cold in the room. I was astonished when they announced to me that they will fix the heating and will not need blankets and that, after all, they do not give extra blankets in their customers!!! If it is possible! Is this a professional behavior? Service? Do they make also economy in this sector? Perhaps our own money had less value than the others! We exclude from this unacceptable behavior, the exceptional nightly employee (apology that I did not remember your name,) that worked the night the 9/12/2011 that when I asked 2 blankets, immediately brought us. With smile! Excellent employee, bravo. If we did not leave the next day, it is owed only in this person. First from all measure the persons in a hotel and afterwards its benefits! (You read carefully readers what they write, those that already have visited this hotel!) We are very sorry. For them

Convenience for getting around Paris. Clean, friendly. Good breakfast. Comfortable. Luggage storage on early arrival or late departure.

Lift is a bit slow and only goes down.
