This is the 3rd time we have stayed with you and we have always been satisfied with the rooms and service however this time was slightley disappointed with room 401 as there wasn't any proper hanging space for clothes and the room felt cramped compared with what we've experienced with you previously however our stay with you was excellent thank you

Price and location are good. Rooms do not have good insulation for noise. You can hear noise from the hallway and the street.

I was not informed when I arrived that the rooms had no telephone. Once I noticed there was none, I was told by the receptionist that when a call for me me would come,I would be notified in person by her. I was expecting a very important call from Canada. The person phoned a number of times, yet no one notified me (I was in my room at the time), yet no one came, The caller was never told that my room was without a phone, but was told I was not in my room, which was false. I believe that the receptionist was simply not motivated to come up to my room. This situation created a terrible problem for me. I think this behaviour is unacceptable

The hotel was in a very good location. Although the neighborhood was ok, the best thing was that 2 metro stations and a train was right across the street. The room was really small.

A nice, quite modern hotel. Gare d'Austerlitz is just on the other side of the street. Close to metro.

The hotel was very clean, the staff helpful and in a good location (100m from the Gare d'Austerlitz station). The rooms are small and the bathrooms are very, very small. After visiting this hotel it’s a toss up as to which city has the smallest hotel rooms, Paris or Tokyo. In this case the bathroom in Paris wins hands down, but to be honest I have put on a few ponds in last couple of years so it could just be me.

The hotel was across the road from Austerlitz train station so was very convenient for getting around Paris. Close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Great place and large rooms for Paris standards. Was good value.

Location right next to metro and rer. Also near a lovely park and near the Seine. Room a bir small. Very noisy road and trains if facing the station. If I say again I will ask for a room facing the park.

The reception was friendly. Check in was easy. The amenities were good. Having a coffee/tea maker in the room was a plus. The room was somewhat small, but for a short stay it was sufficient.

I liked the location and the fact that the room was clean. The hotel staff was friendly. The price was rather high for the services offered (for example, no shampoo could be found in the bathroom, the room is quite basic).

Location in front of the Gare des Austerlitz, coming straight from BArcelona on the Elipsos night train makes it extremely convenient for me to tour Paris right away in the morning after dumping my bags in the hotel. The direct connection to Versailles from the train station was another big plus. The men at the reception was better then the women

This hotel was incredibly clean and very nice for the price. Incredible shower, hard but comfy bed, very close to metro. Neighborhood was a bit dull. I would return here.

Very clean rooms, recently renovated. Also quite clean and modern breakfast area. Out of the center, but close to Botanic garden and in front of Gare d'Austerlitz, with metro and rer lines. Rather small room, acceptable only for single occupancy. No space for baggage. No wardrobe.

Even though the room was small, it was new and modern. It is right across from the Austerlitz station and is at a great price. I bought a home in the Loire Valley so I will be passing through Paris on a regular basis when I go back home to Washington DC. I will definitely use this hotel for my one night stays. It was quality at a great price. No problems.

Close to Metro Hotel is just beside of Metro rail and a big boulevard. A part of rooms are very noisy! The elevator can go only in middle of 2 floors, if you have heavy and big luggage, it would be very hard for you to go through the stairs! As I asked WIFI usage method, the receptionist was not willing to explain me and asked me to check the card in room. Finally, the card in room has not nothing to with WIFI. I had to go down with the card of room to explain. Anyway, I was very unhappy to have chosen this hotel.

The location of the hotel next to the Gare d'Austerlitz was superb. I had an early morning train on check-out day and all I had to do (almost) was roll out of bed. My room was small, although perfectly comfortable. The only negative was the lack of hot water at 0530 - so no shower before I started travelling. Not good. Saying that, I would stay there again, based purely on the location of the hotel.
