Close to the train station
Room too small. Wifi reception poor. Had to drag suitcases up stairs as lift stopped between floors. Noisy street
The acomodations are very nice. The ownwer arw vwry kind and attentious. The confort is the best
Three floors of steps
Yes the room was quite small but it was immaculately clean, in a great location & the bed was extremely comfy. Could get around Paris very easily from here.
The door slams when shutting so got woken a few times by the people next door coming home late, the air con was abit noisy so had to switch off.
1 metro stop from notredame bars and resturants just outside front door spotless clean room friendly staff and good for exploring paris
Too small thebed room and wash and bath room. Also the elevator is not to access the room level, you have to go half level up or down to your room.
Nice eateries close by and close to public transport. Room was decent for one person and free water every day was a nice touch.
the shower was terrible it kept leaking!
Staff very helpful Comfy bed Good AC Clean and modern
Restricted wifi - seemed to be an hour for each day you stayed there. Would like to have had longer access to the internet.
Location, price, breakfast
Shower was leaking, they suggested to use towels to plug the leak (!), they could not find an iron for me until the last day of my stay
Proximity to train station Easy checkin and out Pleasant staff
Small room Water in room after rain Kettle overflowed despite being half full.
The bed was comfortable, the facilities were good - particularly the bathroom which was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is good - right next to a metro stop so that the hotel gives good value for money while only a short hop from Notre Dame.
Noise does carry from other rooms, particularly bathrooms, which might be a problem if you are a light sleeper.
It is quite nice and near many places
One key bad thing is the lift that doesn't stay in each floor and that even makes me broke my heavy luggage. Only thing made me sad : (
Good location, close to metro station (across the rd) helpful staff that spoke English. Clean room, tea & coffee making facilities in bedroom. Room was made up each day (clean sheets, bathroom cleaned each morning & clean towels replaced daily). Only stayed for two nights, good accommodation for a short stay in Paris. Room was small but okay. Staff were friendly.
Shower leaked during and after having a shower. Had to use our towels to mop up the water so we could get to the basin without our feet getting too wet. Wifi had a timer, so a bit inconvenient when you wish to access wifi on demand.
Location is so close to the metro and train station to access city centre
Beds and sheets Newly refurbished bedrooms/bathrooms
Beds were very comfortable and the rooms clean. Easy to get to and good value.
WiFi difficult to use.
the room was so small, whithout wardrobe . It was so loudly at night, I could not fall asleep hole night.
- very close to a metro station (Gare d'Austerlitz); - the hotel is clean; - the staff is very polite and helpful; - wi-fi works in a reasonable speed; - the area around has good options for restaurants, a market near the hotel. - breakfast is good.
- the room is really small; - the elevator reaches the middle of the floors. In other words, it is not adequate for people with a wheel chair, for exemple. You need always to take the stairs after you leave the elevator.
It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. So easy to find and just one subway ride on the M5 from Gare Du Nord. There were convenience stores open even at midnight to grab a few supplies and the hotel also had a drink machine in the lobby. The room was much bigger than I thought so I felt very comfortable and had sufficient space for one. It was immaculate and I am a harsh critic when it comes to a clean room. I was able to open the large window to let fresh air in but there was air conditioning for those who wished it. I loved that I could make my own coffee/tea in the room and they provided a bottle of water to make it!! I loved that it was a short walk to Les Jardin du Plantes and less than 5 minutes from Centre to Commerce at L'Italia. Many cute outdoor restaurants and a very laid back relaxed atmosphere in the neighbourhood. I'll be back!
The shower was hard to navigate. I think larger people would have had an issue but it was fine for me. It was hard not to get water over the floor but I just threw a towel down. To be honest I was thrilled to have a shower in the room and not have to go down the hall so this is not really a comlaint just an observation.
it was clean and the rooms were ninice. The bed was very comfy and the guy on reception was very helpful.
it was far from any attractions and the bathroom was very small and cramped.
Luggage room . kettle in room . Comfortable bed .
This hotel is a total nightmare to deal with . They double charged me and its been over a month and i still have not recieved my refund after over 10 emails and serveral phone calls So many better places to stay in The wonderful city of Paris .
clean , nice location , good staff
Nice staff, great location
electricity dropped in some rooms while I was over
Location next to Austerlitz was ideal for getting a train in the morning. Also only 20 mins walk to the Left Bank and next door to the Natural History Museum. The hotel was very comfortable and clean, quiet. The breakfast was fantastic value - 5 Euros each as a deal with the room.
Stairs up from Austerlitz Metro station were tough for big suitcases. There must have been a lift but couldn't find it.
I liked the central position of the hotel and kindness and the professionality of the receptionists, especially " sophian"
For these prices they should includ the breakfast
