The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, modern and had 2 dressing gowns and slippers. There was also a kettle, tea and coffee supplies. In an excellent location, right next to the metro, restaurants and river.

The elevator is in a weird position, such that when you get out of it you are in between two floors, forcing people to walk down (or up) half staircase to reach the level of the rooms.

Convenience of location to the inter-city railway station. Suitable for single-night stay.

The very small room made managing luggage difficult. There was insufficient hanging space for clothes. There was no room to move around the bed. There were no other facilities in the hotel eg. A lounge.

The location was excellent for a quick city trip.

Location- great next to the station. Room- quite basic but ok. Check in/out- staff very accommodating, friendly and good english! Breakfast- basic but adequate. Internet- good

The hotel was right across from the train station. The metro is about 50 ft from the hotel. Once you get used to the metro, that is the way to travel, it is a lot cheaper. Hotel was very clean and staff was very helpful and spoke good english.

Traveling from Gare Du Nord to the hotel was simple. The station being directly across the road from it. Its ideally placed for walking into the Latin quarter which is a beautiful area, the Sienne is minutes away on foot. The staff were very helpful, the room small as you expect in Paris but very functional for the time you spend there. They stored our baggage after check out. What more could you ask for.

Not a criticism as such but the road noise and station noise may put some poeple off. We were to tired to care and actually enjoyed the noise of the city, makes it alive.

Location for my purpose. I had to be close to the Austerlitz train station.

Miniscule room!!!

I never expected such good comfy place while seeing 3 star on hotel's name. But it was so luxury and there were even slippers and robe de chambres in the room that you may not find even in 4 start hotels. Kind staff and clean rooms. Thanks,

Good location close to metro, batobus and open tour bus stop couple blocks to Quartier latin and St Germain des Prés

Room very small only for solo traveller but ok for price in Paris

Staff was friendly and helpful, spoke English well. We blew a fuse in the room and the repair was quick. Nice bathrobes and slippers too!

Room not ready on time, but only one hour late.

Good location, easy Metro, nice area, clean room, friendly staff.

We booked the dearest 'Club' room but got a cheaper 'Privlidge' room, (which is still better than an ordinary room). Upon enquiry we were told it was a Club room with the wrong label. The question I didn't ask (due to language/ exhaustion) was: what do you get when you book a 'Privlidge' room?

The comfort room is too small but all other rooms are great

room rate was expensive when you consider the smallness we stayed in the comfort double room but it was even very small

the hotel is clean, situated in good place near to metro and RER station, 10 min till Notre Dame. Internet was working well. Staff is friendly, speaking English.

Rooms are very s,all, but the bed was big and comfortable.
