Front desk officer (man) on 23rd Oct 2009 afternoon-evening shift found my Louis Vuitton bag on the floor and kept it for me. Really appreciated it. Unclear cost of breakfast. Staffs should have told us in advance that breakfast is not included in the price. She just informed that breakfast is downstairs, so we did assume that it is included in price. Anyway, overall is good. |

Stayed in a privilege triple room with two other people for 2 nights. It was spacious with a double bed and a sofa bed. Open concept. Good value for money and near places to eat. Recently renovated. We had a problem with a shower and reported it the first morning but they did not bother to fix it. Service and response was not great. |

Duvet was great.Heat radiator worked well. Did not take breakfast--too high priced. Dishes etc. were not provided in the kitchenette . Bathroom was large with large tub. Hungarian restaurant had good food and pleasant bar tender/waiter. We appreciated the free shuttle to the airport. |

Our room was to the back of the hotel and was very quite and peaceful. We stayed in room 209for three nights and it was on the small side, however we were not in the room very much. On the negative side there was hardly any room for hanging clothes and no drawers to put underwear in. |

A very clean, modern, efficient and value-for-money hotel within three minutes walk of Gare du nord - hard to beat The rooms are a little small, but when you're eyes are shut all rooms are the same size, aren't they? |

Very clean, excellent location for someone new to Paris. Both north and east train station withing walking distance. Bus stop right outside. Metro also walking distance. The hotel staff very friendly, spoke English and explained how to get from/to our locations of interest. The shower is tiny, not a bad thing, but if you a big guy/woman might be difficult to maneuver. |
