Location near Gare du Nord
Small rooms, maintenance, room and breakfast staff, breakfast very very poor and expensive
1. Ver very Small rooms 2. No bellman 3. Very small lift
The location is really good, metro is just few minutes walking distance The receptionists are very helpfull
Toilet require to be referbish
Excellent location for Eurostar travellers - 5 min walk from train station. It's also good for sightseeing. Room is a fair size for Paris, clean and comfortable. Will come back again.
Location near the Gare du Nord which was useful for getting to and from the Eurostar station.
The very small and thin bath towels which were not very sufficient for drying after a good shower.
Functional no frills accommodation for a couple of nights, very convenient to be so close to the Gare du Nord- Eurostar and metro connections. Staff helpful' room dated and small, but clean with ensuite.
The area is not 'boutique/ posh', but authentic French feeling.
Quiet and good located near Gare du Nord
Room (twin) was extremely small. Hardly space to move!
Location, friendly, clean
Staff and cleanliness
Not easy to find initially and room a bit cramped and no bar !
Location, room for 3 persons was all right.
Room for two persons/1 bed was very very small. You can't pass each other in the room. The bathroom was like a cupboard. Also the bed is very smaIl (ca 1.20/2.00 metros) It was clean but still a lot of money for such a small room.
Looking at the area, I wondered if we would find anything decent. I had booked online and got it at a good price. The room was large, clean and airy. They gave you a bottle of water. It was quiet. Great for a busy street.
There was a curtain over the doorway but it didn't block all the light out. The shower is contemporary but tends to spread water all over the bathroom.
nothing, and I didn't believe why the hotel not observed by the tourism officer in Paris . only the location is good.
nothing good in the hotel regarding to the fair .
Proximity to Gare de L'est and Gare du Nord was a bonus, especially after a 12 hour rail trip, arriving at the hotel at 11pm.
Electronic room key didn't work and had to be re-programmed. Next morning the same key had to be re-programmed again! The breakfast room in the basement was a bit claustrophobic.
Not Cleaned, too much expensive!!!!
The service from the staff was excellent. The location for all transport is superb. It is very clean and quiet. Good vale for money in Paris.
The room lacked natural light.
Hotel was in a good location near the station. It was clean and staff helpful and friendly.
The area was a bit dirty with a lot of urination in the streets. This was not the fault of the Hotel. I visited Paris 10 years ago and found standards have slipped since then.
Convenient location. Just a short walk from Gare du Nord. Friendly helpful staff. Clean comfortable rooms. We were very pleased with this hotel. Always a bit of a risk when booking online, sight unseen. Would definitely recommend to others.
Good location. Within walking distance to train station.
Room small. Shower door cant close well cos overflow of water.
Location near fare du nord
Size of bathroom
As our booking showed a 10:30 - 11:00 arrival I was takeb back by the Policy statement rather than the room is not ready, sorry. Therefore why did they not reject the booking or contact us regarding the time instead of just taking the money out of my account at the first opportunity. To be officious at checkin was not the best way of handling anything. Second day out for 6 hours room stilll not done. The bed were far too soft from providing cheap matresses.
Excellent hotel with good facillities in an ideal location. I would recommend this hotel when visiting Paris for convenience, cost and location.
overall is quite clean
The wifi needs to re_register everyday. The rooms has a sour smell after makeup room.
only if you are in need of rail transportation, the elements around are questionble
The staff was very kind and helpful, the room was small yet very comfortable and quiet except for the elevator running right next to it. The neighborhood is nice, Sacre Coeur isn't far away, and lots of interesting places with nice little cafes. Breakfast was good, but maybe a little bit overpriced (12€ per day, visitor can choose to have breakfast or not every day). Close by are Bistros and Restaurants so eating (even breakfast) out is no problem at all. I'd recommend this hotel, personally I'll be staying here the next time I come to Paris.
Everything was ok, no negative comment necessary.
I can not sleep well in the room
