The location is good and convenient to take metro or RER, just a few minutes walk. Room is clean and tidy, facilities worked well, it has almost everything I need like a water pot for boiling cold water and instant coffee which i didn't see it in the next hotels i stayed. It's kind of small, with all my luggages i can hardly move in the room. |

very good location for Eurostar and public transport, the deal obtained was good for the area and the weekend in question be aware that rooms on to the main road can be noisy during normal working hours as a busy road, but the double glazing is excellent. The rooms are basic, but then this is a good deal! |

Location is very convinience if you know to make use of economical public transportation like buses and subway. The lift is too old and make alot of noise for whom stay at the room where near to lift, is true as mention by the former traveller complainted about this noise. But Iam the one very lucky because I get a very spacing & comfort room which is two room far away from lift. |

Front desk officer (man) on 23rd Oct 2009 afternoon-evening shift found my Louis Vuitton bag on the floor and kept it for me. Really appreciated it. Unclear cost of breakfast. Staffs should have told us in advance that breakfast is not included in the price. She just informed that breakfast is downstairs, so we did assume that it is included in price. Anyway, overall is good. |

Stayed in a privilege triple room with two other people for 2 nights. It was spacious with a double bed and a sofa bed. Open concept. Good value for money and near places to eat. Recently renovated. We had a problem with a shower and reported it the first morning but they did not bother to fix it. Service and response was not great. |

Duvet was great.Heat radiator worked well. Did not take breakfast--too high priced. Dishes etc. were not provided in the kitchenette . Bathroom was large with large tub. Hungarian restaurant had good food and pleasant bar tender/waiter. We appreciated the free shuttle to the airport. |

Our room was to the back of the hotel and was very quite and peaceful. We stayed in room 209for three nights and it was on the small side, however we were not in the room very much. On the negative side there was hardly any room for hanging clothes and no drawers to put underwear in. |
