I have been in Paris for about 10 times. For me it has been the best 3* hotel: very clean, convenient location, very nice and friendly receptionists, the best price. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
Excellent location, comfy bed
Room a bit cramped if one is used to space. No privacy when using the toilet as it is a sliding glass
Location was great. Rooms were new and nicely furnished
The bathroom (shower and toilet) in our room didn't have a door?!? Aftee we stopped laughing, we asked if we could move rooms. The hotel was full so we had to wait until the following day where we were shown a room that had half a door (so anyone in the room would see your knees as you sit on the toilet) and one that have a door on the toilet, but not on the shower. We chose the latter. Aside from that, stay was great. Just make sure you go with someone you know well!
We liked the bed, we slept perfectly. Excellent staff. Very clean and quiet. Good location, 1 min to a metro station. A little far from the main atractions of the city, but overall, good value for the money.
Room is very clean and shower is really cosy. Very close to metro station.
The double bed was joined together by 2 single beds and a litter uncomfortable. Wifi a bit slow
I like the internet. Very good and stable.
Perfect position & staff, very clean, great bed, great breakfast. At the room the had water coffee and tea free.
Overall the hotel is very good. Near to metro, just two station from Gare du Nord, halal food nearby, very clean, comfortable, and helpful staffs.
Shower curtain should be installed to prevent leaks and splashes from the shower and the room is little bit narrow.
Clean and modern room, comfortable bed, good wifi. 2 mins to metro. 10 mins walk to Gare du Nord. 5 mins to La Villette park. Lots to see and do.
One of the receptionist (a man i dont remember his name) was nice to me and helped me getting around the city The hotel is very close to the metro station
A very bad smell as soon as you enter the hotel Rooms are so tiny. You can hear and see anyone inside your bathroom the bathroom is really tiny as well At night i had troubles sleeping due to a noisy neighbourhood The morning curled hair woman receptionist is mean enough.
Nice staff, close to metro station, good environment
quite poor wi-fi in room
Near to metro station. Helpfull staff. Clean room with bathroom. Good room service.
- Close from the underground (Jaures) - Clean - New rooms - Price (Booking)
- Some rooms simply don't have doors (yet) between the bed and the toilets, pretty ennoying when traveling with someone else ! (we changed room the next day)
Hotel is located 2 min away from metro , location is good
Positive and helpful staff, 24h reception is always good to have, free wi-fi worked with no trouble, very clean room, liked the modern look. Very near Metro Jaurès. There are prettier neighborhoods in Paris, but on the other hand, the trendy Canal St Martin is just around the corner. Had a very good last minute offer, will definitely consider staying again!
The location is very nice, next to station. The staff is also really warmed-welcom
Better to improve toilet design, everytime we took a shower, our toilet will be flooding. The water can leak out from the wet zone to dry zone. Also for Wifi is a bit annoying. Need to re-register everytime when iphone is shut the screen off.
An interesting, non-touristy part of Paris. Great place to hang out and feel like a Parisian! The hotel is near the Metro and close to Gare du Nord. Simple decoration but clean and comfortable.
Very nice room and everything was perfect. Wi-fi ok. But at first we got a dirty room but then they changed for a clean room.
I paid first night by my credit card and it was only advance. The money will come back to my account, but they still not coming and it is now month!! My bank is sending a objection, but I don't know, if I'll get my money back. I'm so angry. In the hotel I paid accomodation in cash. So this situation is for me very troublesome!!!
Airconditioning was a plus. No noise from the streets. Metro, stores and food 2 to 5 minutes (about 30-40 minutes by metro to Eiffel tower though).
Sometimes they are locking doors and when checking in they say that it's open 24/7. Not that awesome breakfast for me.
Room was clean and modern and cleaned every day which was nice to come back to after a day of walking around Paris. Fantastic location, just a minute walk to the Juars metro and a few stops to Paris Nord. Breakfast was also of a high standard for the price of this hotel. Budget hotel but you get more than you bargained for.
Generally everything was great.
Staff Clean room Kettle with cups
The setting of the hotel is excellent; by a canal, park area, multi-ethnic, a very neighbourhood feeling. The hotel was impeccably clean and efficiently managed.
The shower door in room 233 could be modified in order to avoid excess water on floor and carpet.
everything is good
Wifi was always excellent Proximity to metro
Smell of moldy pipes Towels that didn't absorb water Leaky air conditioner Rude front desk staff
Rooms were newly remodeled Very nice staff Neighborhood has markets next door to the hotel There is a big park down the street
Check out time was too early Construction was messy A bit pricey
