We stayed for 3 nights and the hotel is in a nice location, it has all that you can wish for in a budget hotel. The staff is super nice. The bedroom was comfortable, very good shower too. Recommended as a city trip hotel. Breakfast was decent. Very clean ambiance.

The double bed is indeed made with 2 mattress which can be a little annoying for spooning couples.

The room was quiet and clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was functional without being soulless.

There wasn't much space to get anything but a very small bag up all those stairs, and no lift.

the neighborhood is quite bad.. we had problems with check in. It officially starts after 2pm, but the rooms were not available at that time. sound isolation of the room was really really bad..

the room was not very big, but very confortable. very close to the metro station, so was very easy go to the centre. i really enjoied my stay in this hotel.

The staff, the bed-sheets, and a bathroom. Towels were changed every day. We did not take breakfast. There are many cafes and Monoprix supermarket close to the hotel. The receptionist was very polite and called a taxi when we needed it.

Our room was awful! This tiny room is located on the first floor. There was one window looked out a corridor. We could hear all people passing through the corridor. The room needs to be repaired: old wallpapers, dirty ceiling. There was broken coffee-machine in a hall.

I normally struggle to wash my hair when I stay in hotels as my hair is quite long and thick, but the water pressure was excellent at the hotel. There were many cafes, bakeries and food shops close to the hotel.

The room was VERY small and the walls and ceiling were filthy. It was very noisy as the room was facing a courtyard and was close to the reception. We could hear mice or rats crawling in the walls/ceiling. It was incredibly hot in the room even though it was only 2-4 degrees at night. The hotel was too far away from the centre of Paris

All the reception staff spoke great English, upon knowing that our French is very limited. Extremely helpful and friendly too. The room (double bed, garden view) was clean and very cosy. Those travelling in summer will not have to worry as they provided 2 fans in the room even though there is no a/C. Very conveniently located nearby Jaures station. For Muslims, there are halal food joints in the vicinity - just 2 minutes away from the hotel. A supermarket and a department store are located just beside the hotel, too. For those with young children, there is a shop selling great childrens' clothes at great bargains ( Designed in France and made in Tunisia ). Do take note that not all rooms are accessible via the elevator.

The staircase/passageway to the rooms are really narrow. For a backpacker like me, I even had some difficulty accessing my room ( and I only had 1 backpack with me).

The location was ideal for Le Trianon gig venue. It was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The noise of the doors banging and squeaking outside room 3002. The room was very small.

The silence in my room as it was the last building in this hotel at the top floor, the little courtyard with the ivy on the walls was beautiful. The hotel was very clean. The cleaners were discrete and polite. The 3 people I met from the reception were very helpful and welcoming. Very close from the bus 26 going to the train station Gare du Nord , tube station Jaures and the beautiful canal Saint-Martin, as well it is close from the park of the Butte Chaumont. Reception open 24/24.

The heating was hot but I'd just kept the windows open, so not a big problem.

Me and my girlfriend slept 3 nights in this Hotel and to be honest it was within my expectations: clean, safe, and well located. Taking into consideration that Paris is not a budget city I thik this hotel relly suits guests looking for some fquality-price fairness accomodation in Paris, 3 metro stations near by and the staff made their job pretty well done! I would consider this place again for my next trip to Paris.

Nothing special to mention..maybe the fact that it can be a bit noisee if you stay in a room located to the main street..but nothing to concern about.

Location is ideal for us, near cafes, metro, canal side walks and Patc des Buttes Chaumont.

Air-conditioning units right outside bedroom window were quite noisy - earplugs needed to sleep!

Location, two metro stops from Gare du Nord for Eurostar, three from Gare de l'Est for TGVs for Germany. Plenty of choice when looking for food and drink at all hours in local area.

We felt breakfast was overpriced when there are several excellent local bakers in the area (and even a McDonalds acros the street!)

The hotel is very centrally located and close to public transport. Bus directly outside hotel to Gard du Nord for train to airport. Friendly staff. Spotlessly clean hotel.
