Libertel Canal Saint Martin

Comfort odada kaldık.Oda çok küçük ancak gerçekten kullanışlı ve akıllıca dizayn edilmişti.Orly havaalanına çok uzak.metro istasyonuna yakınlığı bütün küçük problemleri unutturuyor.

Gece geç saatlerde otelin etrafı çok tenha ve güvensiz görünüyor.Saat 22:00 den sonra pek otelin etrafında dolaşmayın.Otele gidin ve uyuyun.Normal odada kalan arkadaşım saç kurutma mak. olmadığını belirtti.

The location was great. close to buses and metros. clean rooms.

the hotel staff couldn't speak english very well, and even I told him to call a regular taxi at certain time, he called very expensive private taxi 20 min earlier, after we were at airport, the taxi driver asked us for the waiting charges.

Close to Cite de Science, Grande Halles and Cite de Musique, and close to metro (although 1 line close for furbishment). Small cafes and shopping close by, and not far from Gare du Nord.

Rooms are rather small and 'classic' = non refurbished room without tea making facilities. Facilities clean but very tired, minute for 2, adequate for 1. Shower a squeeze for adults...OK for children. Free internet stopped every 15 minutes or so with lots of adverts (unlike the other Libertel Hotel at Austerlitz). Comfort rooms have been redone, so may offer better facilities.

breakfast is not worth it it. lots of good bakeries, cafes and bistros close by as alternatives.

The room is tiny, clean and relatively comfortable. And the facilities like hair-dryer and kettle are unexpected and they really delighted me. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

My room is facing the main roon (McDonald site) and it was a bit noisy during the night. The water from the shower room flooded out since there is no curtain.

The price was fair, although the breakfast was expensive.(we ate round the corner near the Metro station at half the price.) The room was clean and relatively quiet.The bed was comfortable.

Yes it was very scruffy. The carpet was stained and the starways and room needed updating and decorating. The lighting on the stairs was very poor. We suffered from very noisy neighbours who banged doors and had very loud conversations in the hallway at 3am.

Excelent value: rooms are very clean. Very good location, underground station just a few metres from de hotel, many restaurants and shops around.

The hotel is very conveniently located around a 3 minute walk away from a very convenient metro line connecting to the rest of the city.

Free wi-fi, convenient transport links to the city centre, very close to "Canal St Martin"

Location is fairly good, bus to Gare du Nord stops literally at the door which comes very handy with baggage as metro stations usually do not have elevators or escalators. Also 2 metro lines within 100 m.

2 twin beds instead of a double requested on wheels!!! so we were falling between. Their "free" internet we paid the extra 100 euros for this hotel vs other 2 stars to have was a joke, some advertising page had to be loaded every few minutes in order to work, thru an ordinary router which made impossible to use some of our very needed applications. Same comfort was available in other hotels for 2/3 of this price.Bathroom was so small one had to open the door to be able to use the towel (for a 178cm, 150 lbs man).

The rooms was very nice, had a lot of sunlight and was clean. The staff was very helpful as well.

Breakfast really isn't worth the cost, and we asked for a double bed and got a twin beds.

The Metro station is right on the doorstep
