The room was nice and comfortable. It was further from the city centre than we thought, but it was fairly easy to get there by tram. It was located beside a nice park that was great for a nice walk and had a good restuarant in the park. |

The friendliness of the staff and the luxury of the hotel There was a party going on downstairs and it did not finish until 2.45 in the morning so I didn't get to sleep until 4 not very pressed! |

Great location by the parc and the canals, next to a lovely residential district and the European Parliament and Court of human rights. New, nice room with big terrace. Breakfast: surprisingly poor choice, no fruit or vegetables at all, warm food kept finishing and you had to wait for more to come - a shame for an otherwise really nice hotel. Also, you have to like walking, public transport to the centre is not available anywhere nearby. |

Location - close to the European institutions and to a splendid park. Staff - polite, friendly and very helpful. Rooms - quite spacious, clean, with good facilities. Possibility to order breakfast in the room. I enjoyed a comfortable stay! Wi-Fi available only on the ground floor. |

We had plenty of room. The kitchenette was very convenient. No fan in the room, and of course, as is typical for most places in Europe, no screns on the windows, so if you open the windows at night, bugs can come in, especially attracted to lights that may be on. Also, if you want the windows open, too much noise from the strets and other balconies to sleep. The "air" or "fan" on a thermostat in the room was only for noise, it seems. |

Very spacious. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Wireless internet did not work in room. I was on 5th floor and it did not work in the middle of the corridor either. Worked fine down by receiption. |

The staff were very helpful. The scanned some documents for us and did not even charge for it. The room was big, cosy and clean. No extra charges for parking or pet. Great! It will be a good idea to upgrade the toilet. |
