staff organized very early breakfast which allow us to go training early at the nearby iceskating rink. the restaurant offer 2 differents kid menus (depending on the age), meals are varied in the week and specialities are really delicious.

The hotel is run by a gentlemen named Frederick. Speaks multiple languages including English, very helpful and accomodative. Good morning breakfast, nice area with ski lockers/changing rooms/ sauna and jacuzzi facilities. The accomodations were simple but clean, definately in-line to better than expected for the money. Great location within 50 meters of the gondola. Skiing was better-than-expected as I found more powder/less trafficked trails in this area than in some Chamonix resorts.

Not much. For the price, it was good value. The bathroom was a bit dated, felt slightly rustic but was clean/ totally fine. It was cold that week, so I needed the space heater- worked like a charm. Some have complained about the TV, mine worked fine once I found out how to turn it on.

I feel that what I saw online matched my expectations. Breakfast was good especially the fresh squeezed orange juice machine.

Rooms could have been better maintained, I.E. paint the walls, fix the holes in the tiles in the bathroom. Put a shower head in the bathroom that is higher.

The location and the balcony (though there was no table or any chairs on the balcony)

Staff were pretty miserable, but I wouldn't quite go as far as rude.

The heating was too much, we had to open the windows in our bed room... but I prefer this way instead of beeing cold...

The hotel rooms were very nice and modern, great location for skiing as the hotel is right next to the telecabine in St. Gervais.

The hotel staff were quite unfriendly and weren't very accommodating to any requests we made.

There was nothing to like, a huge disappointment from start to end.

Service: The receptionist was neither friendly nor motivated. Rooms: The room itself was ok, but the bathroom was not acceptable. Both shower doors unhinged every time they were moved, the shower doors didn't close, and there was mould everywhere. Pool: The pool was not clean and the jacuzzi was not warm enough. Location: The hotel is a 15min from the city centre, this was not disclosed properly.

Nous avons apprécié le lieu, la cuisine avec des produits de qualité, les petits déjeuners, l'accueil et les conseils sur la région et les activités à pratiquer des propriétaires.

Kold sauna + jacuzzi og lidt lugt om aftenen af brændt ost I lobbyen - måske det kan ses som en charme

L'albergo in sè potrebbe andare; lo staff non è super professionale ma è accettabile; c'è una piscina scoperta abbastanza ben fatta ma è gelida perchè non è riscaldata; la cosa peggiore è risultata la camera, letti scomodissimi, materassi che affondano, cuscini inutilizzabili perchè troppo bassi , muffa sulla parete del bagno sopra la vasca, sanitari crepati, niente saponi nè altri oggetti per il bagno. In più la posizione della camera sulla strada trafficata anche di notte impediva il riposo.
