comfort and cleanliness of beds and room in the reviews it was classed as the safe part of town although we didnt feel unsafe we didnt feel comfortable at night.So if that was the safe part thank god we didnt book in a unsafe area. This is no fault of the hotel or its web site |

We liked leaving. The bathroom was so mouldy both myself and my husband refused to shower there, thank goodness we were only there for one night! Also, the 'breakfast' consisted of a part of a breadstick, a croissant and coffee that looked liked it had been bathed in. I would never recommend anyone staying there, it was a joke (especially for the price). |

Our room was spacious and clean. Good breakfast. Room was hot, no fans, we had to leave the window open for cooler air, but the street below was so noisy that we could not sleep. Staff was marginally helpful. We are still trying to have them return a cell-phone that we accidentally left in our room. Staff have not returned our e-mails or phone calls. We hope to hear from the hotel staff soon on this matter. Otherwise, the hotel was good. |

Very friendly and informative staff. Near Metro and Bus Stations. Near the center of the city. A complete renovation is absolutely necessary. I didn't like the neighborhood in daytime at all, even though at night is safe. |

There was one staff member who was very un-helpful. He told me that I cannot call an external number from my room, and that the he could not give me the hotel's paid internet because it was broken. I could very well connect to the hotel's internet, but further access was denied until I had a username/password from him. |

The area of the hotel was okay for getting about near to the metro for getting you about to places of interest.Hotel staff were okay room was basic no shower curtain but was passsable for a weekend stay. Not enough for breakfast no tea making facilities |

Hotel receptionists are super friendly & helpful. That's great to have had some chat with them and get their guides about Paris and the areas around... There is a hole in the door into the toilet. The basin has water leaking, that makes noise all night. There are big holes on the ceiling of the toilet too. I hope this is only the case of my room. |

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and very warm. It was only a ten minute walk from the Eurostar station. The shower over the bath had no curtain so it was impossible not to flood the floor. The lift was very small and only held two people. |

La proximité de l'hôtel par rapport a l'accès au métro,et le caractère familial du propriétaire. Housse de matelas et drap de lit jaunâtres,confort de la salle de bains a résoudre au plus vite,eau chaude insuffisante,éléments, sanitaire tout juste digne d'un hôtel une étoile,sur l'espace chambre rien a dire (correct).Malgré tout ,bien au rapport du prix pour famille ou groupe de jeunes. |

O facto de se puder entrar até as horas que se quer. Quarto e quentinho. O pequeno almoço. É um croassaint e metade de uma baguete por pessoa com apenas um pacote de manteiga e de doce também por pessoa. Mais chá, leite e café. Nada do que dizia no site, indicava tal pequeno almoço tão fraco. |

Kent içi olduğundan her yere yakın. Bu nedele avantajlı. Ancak katlar arası ve oda duvarları yeterince bakımlı değil. Yatak örtüleri lekeli idi. Yastık kılıfları yok. Yukarıdaki şikayetleri gidermek çok zor değil. Yapılabilir düzeyde. |

Die Lage, obwohl in einem Schwarzenviertel gelegen, was gewöhnungsbedürftig war! Ich wähnte mich in einer afrikanische stadt! Die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig! Die Schutzkappe enes Schalters (beim Lift) war nicht vorhanden und man konnte sich leicht elektrisieren! Diesbezügliche Reklamationen wurden mit der Bemerkung einer Renovierung des Hotels entgegnet! Frühstück normal französisch; ausschließlich schwarzes, bzw. nordafrikanisches Personal, es war freundlich, aber deren Vorstellung von Hygiene und Ordnung waren anders....Der Teppich im Treppenhaus unvorstellbar fleckig und schmutzig. Der Zimmerpreis war im Verhältnis zur gebotenen Leistung überhöht! |

Prima lokatie op 5 minuten loopafstand van Gare Du Nord. Metrostation op nog geen 2 minuten lopen van het hotel. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Properheid van de kamer. Schoonmaken gebeurt er kennelijk met de "Franse slag". |

La qualité de la literie, impeccable pour récupérer d'une journée de marche, l'insonorisation par rapport à la rue. L'insonorisation des chambres et couloirs de l'hôtel. Il y a un groupe d'espagnol qui sont venus vers minuit et qui ont fait du bruit... on entendait tout depuis notre chambre... |
