problem with wifi in bedroom. problem with door lock getting into the bedroom. there was a door leading to another room, a door between two rooms, could hear people talking behind. very expensive for a two star hotel.
clean, good staff, near metro station
no wi-fi during my stay, poor district
Wifi , reception, TV, sounds of other people in the hall ...
Staff was very helpful
Breakfast is incloud but it is not other that a pice of bread and a cup of tea. Wi Fi is not working they always say that it is the fixing today but it never chang.
Location: near to Train station and Halal food restaurants.
Wifi not available, No AC.
- NOTHING!!! - The lovely ladies who clean the room and serve he breakfast. Such a shame because they obviously work very hard, but nothing else was useful in this hotel
- Staff was useless - They have a wifi connection that DOESN'T WORK! - The "Breakfast" was pathetic - simply a croissant and baguette with some butter. Also, their orange juice was simply recycled constantly and their café (IN FRANCE...FRANCE!) was the worst I've ever had in the country - The manager was never there despite asking for him multiple times - Don't stay here
I appreciate the location close to the train station
Really disappointed, the room was too dusty and it lacks cleaning service . Even the entrance isn't presentable enough. Toilet was cleaner than the room and the staircase smells with the dusty rug. They need to learn more about hygiene. For the breakfast, absolutely NO, chocolate and milk drink color was black and watery with a bad taste. They really need to learn.
The free breakfast was better than I expected. Staff were helpful. Easily accessible on public transport. Would recommend mainly for young travellers instead of families.
It overlooks a very busy street. We booked it last minute to stop over in Paris and found it hard to sleep due to the noise outside. Parking was in an underground car park which cost 32 euros and was reduced to 24 euros with hotel voucher (this was helpful) but the hotel website doesn't make this clear.
Room was great for me husband and 3 kids and very clean, very central with Metro nearby and lots of bars/cafes. Breakfast included, tasty croissants and good coffee plus juice,Nothing to bread and jams with hot choccy available for the kids!
Nothing to complain about at all, excellent value for a stop over for 5, £86!!! through booking.com.
Location was good, very close to Gare du Nord (10 mins walk), 25 mins to Notre Dame on foot, 2 mins from metro station. The room was small but clean and wifi was free.
It was very noisy outside and difficult to sleep until the noise died down somewhat after midnight; however it all started again early morning.
No internet , poor breakfast , breakfast time 7:30 to 9:30 am only, very small room, no soap in the bathroom , poor customer services.
The unexpected balcony was a pleasure, thx.
Location after sunset not looked safety.. And one of the evening the elevator was out of order and they really don't mentioned and i been there with my mom. I expected minimum one sorry or something we stayed the top floor.
I got a room in 3rd floor and wifi Connection was not so strong but the main Point was i was unable to connect with Password provided. Without Internet ist not easy in paris for Outsiders. Hotel staff not even cared about this after complaining but they charged whole amount. Breakfast is only crossiant and Juice, better to go for other Hotel Options.
Good for the price
Nice rooms and clean
The location and no parking facilities
Location is OK
Hygiene is bas Tea water was not clear, we refused to drink it Wifi was not working at all
Near Metro station and train station (Paris Nour). Not expensive nightly rate. Service is very prompt.
Not good neighborhood, noise at night. Small lift but not a big deal, I used the stairs. No wifi at the time we booked.
The new girl working at the front desk during the day was lovely and apologetic, and gave me 20 Euros off my final bill for the Wifi going out. Old croissants and coffee for free breakfast at least helped too...
Where do I start? They did work in my room (installed a hairdryer) and didn't clean up. I had to go to the front desk to get towels. The walls are paper thin, I got to hear EVERYTHING the couple next door was up to. The door to the hall screeched shut at all hours next to my room. The night shift was grumpy and mean (yelling at some people trying to eat a pizza in the kitchen). When I returned to find the internet not working, the front desk dude was not helpful and said that only ONE person knew how to fix the internet, and it wasn't anyone of the people who actually work at the front desk.
Location near Gare de l'Est was good.
Location - reasonably close to main attractions (walk ~30-60 mins), close to metro and bus stop Young receptionist (daytime) speaks English and is very helpful as much as he can.
Location - very low-class African neighborhood, folks pissing on the street, very noisy. I like night life, but the kind of folks we saw on this street until 1-2am was not making my wife feel very comfortable. Old receptionist (evenings) does not speak much English and does not seem to care much about things not being right, e.g. putting us in two extremely tiny rooms instead of the booked family room with 4 beds. Fortunately, it was for one day only (otherwise we would have left), but it was still a major disappointment, ruining our first night and some of the next day as we had to move rooms. Sixth floor is horrible - no elevator (dragging suitcases), very small corridor, and tiny (really!) rooms. My wife is not large, but could not turn around in the shower cabin.
a cozy and friendly (daytime working staff) hotel, very relaxed atmosphere, close to Metro station of Chateau d Eau, and also close to a local supermarket
arrange travel during day time as at night time streets could appear to be crowded
Sunday was a good day. When we woke up things were clean, orderly and quiet. The breakfast was decent and the staff was accommodating.
Located in probably the worst part of town to visit on a Saturday afternoon. Streets were smelly and full of hustlers. Police were on full lookout for disruptions. Loud music all through the night.
walking distance to Notre Dame etc
The location - in an area dominated by hairshops for Africans. No problem with Africans at all just wanted a bit more of a Parisian feel. One member of staff seems to have challenged himself not to smile - at all. The other two seemed to be playing the same game but occasionally relented when an attractive Chinese girl appeared..
Location, helpful staff, good standard, quiet.
Shower tray clean but had deep set mould on it. Hairdryer in bathroom didn't work
