The hotel could definitely use some renovations, but it was clean. We reserved a parking spot in advance, however, when we arrived, the garage was full and they sent us to a different underground parking. This one was almost twice as expensive. No reimbursement from hotel for extra expenses! |

Great city, but hotel choice ruined our stay. Terrible hotel, particularly if traveling with a car. Very difficult to access unusually tight garage and locate hotel spaces in this tight maze. Beds were rock hard and pillows as flat as crepes. Rooms were horribly decorated and bedding was old . |

Great location close to city and railway stations. Secure enclosed parking with direct access to reception. Great for short stay Initial access to parking difficult - need to park illegally to pick up your pass to get into the garage |

Simple modern hotel that is very conveniently situated between the two Lille railway stations. Ideal for a short visit but lacks character for longer ones. |

Convenience, very close to ESC Lille, shopping centre, city centre, train stations. The staff was very kind and helpful. the room can get a bit noisy early in the morning, it's too close to a busy avenue. And if you shut the windows the room gets too hot. |

A good hotel, great value. Great location (between the two train stations, with easy access to the main points of interest), clean and comfortable room, nice staff I was there in July and it did get very hot in the room (no AC or fan, and a window that barely opens) |

The rooms at this hotel are little more than a box with a bed and minimal space and facilities. However, If arriving by train the hotel is very convenient located about 100 meters from the station between the Lille Flanders station and the Eurostar station. It is similar to an Ibis Hotel. I found the staff quite helpful. A basic hotel with not much space in the rooms. The advertised internet access was not available. Shower is over the bath without handles to assist with entry to the shower which is not great for less agile or older people. |

Extreme convenience to the Lille Europe and Lille Flandres railway stations. I arrived at one and left at the other, and rented a car at one. The shower handle was disattached from the wall in room 404. |

Close proximity to Lille Europe station and right in the town Very comfortable bed and pillows. Good breakfast, including ham and egg. Very convenient with storage for cases during departure day. We were able to check in before noon which was also a bonus Shower curtain could have been cleaner and shower itself was not really hot enough...but we forgot to mention that on checkout. The rest of the facilities were very clean |

The closeness to the Lille Eurostar Station made it really worthwhile. I also liked our en-suite, functional and clean with a good shower. Service was poor, when asking for directions and some spare cutlery (different occasions) we were given less than helpful responses and were left to fend for ourselves. |

Convenient location eventhough it wasn't in the heart of town - it was close enough. Area felt quite safe and well lit. It was a little difficult to find by car. The roads were slightly confusing but we managed eventually. We could see the hotel but didn't know how to get infront of it. We also booked a car space but they said it was full until after we'd parked in a garage, they said there actually was a parking space booked. |
